Thomas is a very scary dude. He comes across as unhinged and he could be postalat any minute. He was yelling at me to confirm my order because it would mess with his stats. I explained to him why I couldn't do that and he was so aggressive and the atmosphere changed. He made the person in the drive thru go back around. Manager has this man unhinged I'm afraid he will snap any dayY'all have been warned.

My order was an hour late. There was barely any sauce for my breadsticks, my pizza was under cooked, and when it finally came they forgot my extra sauce. I called to speak to a manager and was then told my order was stolen the first time and had to be remade. Then manager Clarissa let me know “ you got your food you ain’t getting a refund” called the GM later and was told I called at a bad time. I will never be back.

One evening, my pizza was delivered to the wrong address and the manager gave me a credit for my next order. Since then, on multiple occassions, I just have not been able to get through on the phone, after waiting on hold for an average of 30 mins. Hope I can use that credit sometime in the near future.

Came to the papa johns off south blvd to order some food for the family. When I arrived, the person who took my order was the same person making the pizza which is fine. I get it. What I don’t get is if I pay in cash, why not wash your hands before messing with food? I was completely turned off. Decided I was better off ordering pizza from a local shop. If it wasn’t for my 6 year old wanting the Oreo bites, I would’ve left. Please tell your employees to be mindful about cross contamination even though it’s something that is taught PRIOR to working with food. Also his nails were not trimmed because I was able to see the dirt underneath his nails. I came in at 7PM on December 13th to the papa johns off south Blvd. completely turned off.

I first want to experience my complete dissatisfaction with the professionalism of the employees at this location. I ordered a 12" cheesestick with garlic dipping sauce. I waited an hour and got notified that my order was delayed through the Papa John's apps. I few moments later I get notified that my order is on its way and I received it from the Doordasher an hour after I posted the order. Upon returning to my apartment I noticed two things. One, my garlic dipping sauce was pizza dipping sauce. The second thing that I noticed, which is major in my opinion, the cheesestick was 10" and not a 12"!When I noticed this I called the location and complained that my order was wrong. The first thing the person said was "if you ordered through Doordash there is nothing we can do". When I began to explain (not so peacefully now) that the doordasher had nothing to do with the creation of my order and the order was completely wrong. When I finished, I realized that the employee put the phone down on the counter instead of listening to what I said. I heard the entire conversation between her and a Doordasher before she picked up the phone again and said hello. When I said "are you ready to talk?" she prompted hung up.I grab my order and drove down to the store and asked for the manager. I explained what happened and as I was, he was checking the order I brought in and confirmed the order was completely incorrect. He prompt said that he make a new one and I will have it in 7 minutes. While I was waiting I witnessed that the incorrect order that I brought in (doordash seal broken might I add) was then place under the heating lamp with other active doordash orders. 20 minutes later I get my original order with a brownie for the inconvenience. Two hours after I placed the order and a trip to the store to get my correct order.I will never be ordered from this store again. This was the straw that broke the camels back.

Worst customer service ever! All employees including the manager are very rude. I witnessed several employees come out to the back of the store to what it looks like smoke weed. Since I was parked in the back, I supposedly scared them - according to the manager. There are no signs stating you can’t park behind the building but apparently I was in the wrong because it interfered with their employee smoking habits. Will not go here again.. food wasn’t even worth the money.

I'd like to start by expressing my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received. The individual I interacted with, Thomas or Tommy (I'm unsure of his exact name), was quite rude. I placed my order and immediately realized that I had forgotten to substitute the peppers for banana peppers. When I called to rectify this, he responded by claiming that the order was already in the oven and that I should have called earlier. I found this hard to believe, and despite his initial reluctance, he eventually agreed to fix my pizza. However, the end result was not a Philly cheesesteak pizza as I had ordered. I am unsure of what I received, but I can say with certainty that it did not meet my expectations and is unacceptable.

I enjoyed the taste of the pizza, but I've decided not to order from Papa John's again. I specifically requested extra sauce, but my pizza still had hardly any sauce on it. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, I was informed that corporate guidelines dictate the amount of sauce on each pizza. While I understand the need for consistency, it's disheartening to receive a pizza with such minimal sauce.In contrast, when I order from Little Caesars, I never encounter issues with the sauce or other ingredients—they seem to strike the right balance. Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of pepperoni on my Papa John's pizza, with just one or two slices per piece. It's frustrating to pay $30 for a pizza that doesn't meet my expectations.This experience has led me to reconsider where I order my pizzas. Moving forward, I plan to support family-owned pizza places that may prioritize quality over corporate guidelines. Alternatively, I'll opt for the $7.99 pizza from Little Caesars, where I've consistently received pizzas with ample sauce and toppings.I want to clarify that my frustration isn't directed at the customer service representatives at Papa John's, as they're simply following company guidelines. consistently the worst place to try to get food from, I'm mean multiple years later after I swore them off, they come through again with the whole package; wrong order, late service, no drink, no condiments. Never seen a place this dependably horrible and stay open, it's truly amazing that they are no shut down by now.

Beware of those managers they are sneaky and will lie and pocket your money and don’t give you your food and say they don’t have your order. They need new management or even corporate, to wipe them out and start over. The night time managers girls are rude and nasty attitudes. The staff is rude as well.
