I stopped by to pick up my order. While I was standing there waiting for my order, I saw the pizza dough girl make the dough by hand, without using any gloves, and then immediately pick up her phone and start looking at it. It's horrible. I won't be ordering pizza there again.

I placed an order for scheduled delivery and with a mix up the order was delivered hours before I needed it. You would think this would be cause for a bad review but absolutely not. Once I was made aware of the issue I contacted the store and spoke with Courtney who was pleasant, helpful and truly wanted to make sure I had a resolution to my issue. She put me in contact with Grant the store manager who again I could not have asked for a better interaction he was courteous, kind, understanding and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of as well as adding a discount to my order for the inconvenience. What most would consider an inconvenience turned into one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Grant & Courtney thank you very much!!!!

I'm gonna give this store a five-star review because I ordered yesterday and the tracker said delivered by DoorDash, whoever the delivery person was marked it as being delivered and kept my food. I notified the store and they remade my pizzas and had one of their drivers to deliver them instead of DoorDash. They were quick and fresh when they delivered them and I greatly appreciate it.

Just ordered a large pepperoni stuff crust with light sauce. The crust was good put thr pizza itself was horrible! There was no cheese and it was over cooked! Very disappointing.

Guess what. I'm so excited that I can know order pizza and have it delivered to the men's shelter. I've been out of prison for about 9 months now. And I've been doing business with dominoes heavily since I got out of prison, even when I was in prison I was ordering from Domino's because I was in work release. So I get out of prison and I'm in a men's shelter and I try to order from Domino's. The manager calls me on the phone and said we don't deliver over there. My heart was broken. Thank you Papa John's and thank you Shaquille O'Neill.
