I ordered a simple cheese pizza. They gave me a hard cardboard, pepperoni pizza that was cold. Also ordered cheese bread that was hard as well. If you’re looking for a soft pizza don’t order from here or soft cheese bread. Their pizza and bread is like cardboard.

Not sure when papa johns changed the recipe. But I've given this place 3 trys. The crust and dough is flat and hard and stale tasting. I miss the days of air and fluffy crust. This place has ruined my love of papa johns

I see this place is still trash. Ordered almost $200 Worth of food for my employees. Stated the company that it was to be delivered to and the idiots cancelled the order because it was too much for a cash delivery. This was from the girl claiming to be the manager that was working to on 9/29/2024 at 1:30 pm. Icing on the cake she has to get a hold of a general manager to make such decisions. Sad
Worst experience I've ever had dealing with papa john's. I have been a customer for years and just moved close to this one. I ordered from there today for the first and last time. They got my order wrong twice and I was only getting one pizza. How do you not put pepperoni on the Shaq pizza you advertise with pepperoni and extra cheese!!!! I will be calling a manager first thing in the morning. And why are your employees without ppe equipment and practicing social distancing?
