Went in today and received phenomenal service from a man named Brady I was interested in some of the dipping sauces that I did not see online and he went out his way to retrieve them from the back he made me for welcome and appreciated at my neighborhood pizzeria if he’s not a manager already he should be one. He is so awesome and my pizza looks delicious hot and ready not Little Caesars but Papa John’s.

Don’t have much to say because we never got our order. Ordered for delivery at 7:30pm. 2 and a half hours later we call (again) and they tell us they handed off the order to a driver. Then there is a different driver because they lied about it. At 10pm we had to cancel and find somewhere else. The manager and staff were absolutely no help and simply rude.

Ordered the family special. Drive thru pick up was much appreciated. Could not differentiate the 2 toppings from the meat lovers. Crust was notably tough and void of taste. As for atmosphere, it stands alone in the parking lot of a sketchy strip mall. Credit to the young man working the window. He had a smile and pleasant demeanor even on a chilly night.

Last week, I arrived just as they opened to order five pizzas for lunch. The gentleman with red hair and a beard, whose name I can't recall, was very attentive to my requests. He even helped by bringing the pizzas out to my car. The pizzas were delicious, hot and fresh.
I got extra cheese. They put so much cheese on it I actually got mad because I thought I got a CHEESE pizza when I ordered pepperoni and bacon. Then I realized under the mountain of cheese they put on there, there was actually toppings ?. I love it. This 5 stars is for the crew on 10/10/24 at 9:30pm. Nice ??

The manager at this location was new the first time I went and I could see them struggling due to being short staffed. His energy never showed it and he was positive and hopeful to turn things around. Today I went back and what he envisioned is coming to light. Happy to love near this location. The manager is a young white guy, I wish I knew his name. Hope Papa John’s realizes what they have. This guy should go far with your company. Don’t overlook the people that make your company great day by day. I pray this message finds you well sir.

pizza slices missing meat. Was told under new management and they had to cut back portions. so expect not to have meat on every slice. Not even a pepperoni.
