I always order delivery and I specifically request that it be handed to me at the front door. Several times I've had to go out 5 minutes to pick it up and I don't complain. Other times they haven't brought the drinks and I don't complain either, but today was the last straw. I waited for over an hour and they never knocked on my door. I called the delivery driver and he didn't answer. I called the store more than 3 times and I got no solution. They left the pizza outside in the open And besides being cold, it was damaged by stray cats. I think the service they gave me today was terrible.

I ordered a pizza at 7:16 PM it said the estimated delivery was 7:45. Then I was emailed a new delivery time of 7:55-8:05. I checked the app at 8pm and it said 8:22. At 8:20 it now says 8:40pm. I called the store and they said they could give me 50% off my next order, which apparently doesn’t work with other deals… so it’s useless. Terrible customer support.

DOORDASH REVIEW. This was your traditional papa johns location. I've ordered from here a few times and each time the service was decent... although there is one particular customer that I preferred not to interact with when I visit. But she's timetable most nights. The pizza was made the way you'd expect a pair highs pizza to be made. As far as my pickup orders...I haven't had to wait long times (5 mins or less) for the most part. And that's a good thing. And this is saying something when it comes to this type of food.
All in all, I'd recommend ordering from this location!

The manager at this location is very unprofessional; she hung up the phone mid-conversation. I received the incorrect order and was asked to drive to the store to show them, as pictures were not allowed.
They suck I ordered the buy 1 get 1 free promotion they were having on uber eats I only received 0ne pizza they cheated me out of my money and a free pizza
