ORDER DOMINOS... or pizza hut... this place is horrible... they dont even wash their hands

Ordered 2 pizzas called and cancelled it but 2 min a knock on the door papa John’s uses door dash when I just decided to just pay for the pizza because kids was hungry the pizza was upside down and cold! All the manager offered was half off next order… I just threw the pizza away and I will not give them my business anymore. Not fair at all like how would they feel if it was them ?

Update* This location has reached out to me and made me a new pizza that was delicious. I appreciate your fast actions and great customer service!I've been going to this papajohns since I moved here in 2020. I don't like leaving bad reviews because it's food and it happens but this pizza was so greasy and flimsy. When holding up the piece for the picture the pizza completely fell off the crust. The quality has unfortunately gone down over the years. Probably going to find a new location to go to if I go again. Please do better ?.

Went to Papa John’s just for the dessert bc my cravings were outta this world! Was greeted by Q upon walking in and received my food quickly as it was actually ready on time. Really great experience. I’ll be back

Honestly it's probably your best bet to just shut this location down I'm not sure if you can't hire people or what it is but the slowness of the service at this location is disappointing. To be honest if I would have ordered from the location 5 minutes up the road from here my food would have been ready in less than 10 minutes unfortunately this location for a pickup order it's 45 minutes plus and they're absolutely slow

Ordered carryout, and it was ready in about 20 minutes. Not one of the 12 people we fed could complain. I would order again.
