I love Papa Johns. Long time customer. No matter where I am, when I want pizza it’s Papa Johns. Y’all need one in Midland.🙏🏻 with this same crew!!

I ordered a large ex sauce, ex cheese. Oh my!! This was the BEST one ever!! Perfect!! I had to share with my coworkers!! Not just good but wow amazing.

AND it was as if they were reading my mind. It was still morning time. About 1030am I was starving. Lol and only had a small window I could eat a piece of pizza before finishing the schools lunch. Papa Johns Nailed it!! It was there early AND Hot Hot Hot. So amazing!

Thank You Papa Johns crew and driver!! Y’all made my week!!!! Thank you.

Rama was absolutely amazing! I walked into the store to pick up my order and she instantly greeted me. She was making a pizza and told me she will be with me soon. After she finished, she pleasantly confirmed my name, handed me the pizza and kindly asked me check the pizza to make sure it met my standards. She also asked if she could get anything else for me while I was there. She was so professional and kind and the pizza was absolutely out of this world delicious!!!!! Thank you so much Rama for a wonderful experience and mouth drooling pizza!!!

Very good service. I was little late to pick my pizza and realized that pizza
was not warm. Lady working there gracefully accepted my request to bake it again to make it warm. I really liked that kind of flexibility on customer request.

DO NOT ORDER WITHOUT CALLING 1ST!!! They do not have drivers and use doordash, even though they don't tell you that. You are almost certain to get old, cold pizza that sat around for ages before a DD driver actually pucks it up and brings it to you. The "manager" is completely useless

Just ordered a pizza from here, 44 min wait, not an issue. Pretty normal. Pizza arrives and what do you know, there’s a leaf on my pizza. Now maybe this was a wrong ingredient right?? Nope, a leaf from outside. How could that happen when the stickers are sealing the box. Funny enough the stickers were both on the side not sealing the box which means my box was opened. I do not know where the leaf came from but this is so dumb considering that I have to wait to use discounts, papa dough, cash for tips otherwise I would be getting one pizza for almost $30. Then when I try to find something as far as customer service, well you get the “guarantee” where instead of a refund, they send you another pizza. Like what, why would I want another pizza after saying this, so you can do it again or something worse? No refund, we’ll just send you another one…. this is ridiculous. Keep your ingredients, keep your pizza, papa johns, never again.

First of all today was customer appreciation day. I want to know what kind of appreciation do you have? I ordered the medium pizza, paid for it in cash to the manager name unknown to me. ( He has dreads with golden blonde ends). This guy took my money then proceeded to make a pizza. He put his hands on the crust to make a pizza. He didn't wash his hands. This is the main reason so many people are getting sick. I called him over to address it, he actually said your money Dirty? 🥺🥴🫣🧐🤔🤨 WHAT?!?!?!???? I'll definitely be contacting the board of health. Disgusting!!! Please don't be so greedy to ignore reviews. They can save you and loved ones life.

My family comes to this location at minimum 10 times a month because it's 4min from my home. I order the same thing for my kids and every time I've been robbed and not giving full breadsticks but instead given half's due to cooks being lazy. My last visit I was assured it wouldn't happen again but sure enough I came in and received half's. Right away i told the manager "Steve" that I will not be accepting half's but wanted full breadsticks he then argued with me that what i received was full breadsticks although I was already told by the other manager how this kept occurring. Manager Steven is a piece of crap and I would avoid this place at all cause if he's there!!

overcharged, did not deliver complete order, driver could not speak english, manager would not answer the phone. At this point they will keep the extra money, i will not get all my food, and i will never do business with them again.

Very horrible manager, please fire him immediately, he was bullying a Doordash driver kid who looks 18 year old and helping his dad, he just kicked him out without even a reason. Papa Johns, please be responsible of who you are choosing as a manager, the manager of this sector is too entitled, also, my sister is also a Doordash Driver cried because she said that owner of Papa Johns bullies her.

Place very disappointed customer service. Ordered food for delivery and I never received my food. We on vacation, called for for refund and was told can't get my money back, only a credit to use at their location and we are not staying in this town, we jist passing throigh. I don't live put here so they(store) basically stole my 53$ and the driver stole my food and I requested my refund. Called driver 11 times and texted and driver Pavel ignored all calls and attempts of contact..called doordash was told since ored off papajohns site I have to go through the restaurant.

The GM is so sweet. I thought the sauce and all ingredients were extremely fresh. They truly use better ingredients. I love the garlic sticks. Kudos to the hard working GM.
