I had a problem with one of my orders in the past and was not getting any response from papa johns team but when I went to the location and spoke with the manager named Rama she took time to solve the matter and explain what must have happened. Not only that she gave us a free order to compensate. More managers should be like her.

The pizza is really great at this papa John's, but when you come to pick up your food be ready for some not caring customer service while being in a small building without much room. Other than that you food will be good. I recommend pre ordering your food on the app and just picking it up or delivery in my opinion.

This was a very bad experience. The manager Ramma was very rude and nasty. Very unprofessional. Not sure why she’s in customer service but she needs to change professions.Horrible experience!!!
