Management: perhaps having more than one worker handling the kitchen/counter during lunch hour on a Friday would prevent him from having to be short with customers and DoorDashers. People rely heavily on Google reviews when deciding where to spend their money. Customer service and satisfaction goes hand in hand with quality food and a clean facility. Telling someone “you don’t have to wait” for an order that’s paid for is not only rude, but inappropriate and unprofessional.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but there’s way I could give them a pass on this one. This is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST Papa John’s experience I’ve had since moving to Charlotte 10 years ago. After this experience, I’ve given up on Papa John’s as a franchise because they always miss the mark. I ordered a shaq-a-roni pizza today, added mushrooms and beef and the skimped me on all of the toppings. If I pay for extra toppings, I expect to at least see the toppings I paid for on the pizza. A total waste of $21. I thought coming to a different location would change how I viewed papa John’s. It only solidified my decision to leave them alone as a whole. I’ll choose Little Caesars or dominos before I waste my money here again. Absolute 🗑️!!

Pizza were all done perfectly. Lots of cheese and cooked just right.
Order delivery to the motel due to my lack of knowing my way around here, the lady took my order money and told me how long till it would be there. 45 minutes later I get a call from the owner saying they don't have a delivery driver and I need to pick it up. Blame the employee and not his lack of business operations and offered nothing. No discount not even a drink. Obviously my food was cold. I ordered $50 worth of food not just one little pizza. I have never had a bad experience with my home town papa John's. Glad I don't plan on being out here.

Our pizzas were 75% bare crust with a very small portion of sauce and toppings chucked into the center. This was the most inedible papa John's Pizza we've had. Waste of time of money ordering from this location.
Pizza taste good; however I ordered a NY pizza half beef/half pepperoni and got half beef. To make matters worse, I called the store and spoke with someone who said they would make sure the order is done right.
