That's way too much sauce. Lord have mercy. So much sauce, it was dripping everywhere. Could barely taste the bread or cheese. Just sauce, sauce everywhere. Enough to just hand the breadsticks out without marinara. You ever seen the shining? This is the elevator scene of pizzerias.

The pizza slice tasted okay but the bread sticks didn't taste good.
Seemed to be short-staffed like most of the park. We had to grab our own cups by reaching over the counter. The people inside told us that the grapes or side salads were included with the dining plan, but the person outside told us that they weren't (they were nice about it, though). Overall the food was acceptable, albeit expensive.

When Papa Luigi's is open, this is a classic pizza and bread stick stop. This is a meal plan location with outdoor seating.
We enjoyed the pizza and breadsticks. My family enjoys visiting Carowinds and PAPA Luigi's Pizza is a spot we eat at often.
For park food got 2 slices of pizza and a breadstick for $12 so not bad. As it was very hot, it was great to be able to constantly refill water and ice into our drink containers.
Mediocre food, rude staff. Our Italian sub had rotten lettuce, and was missing the tomato and Italian dressing.
Two slices of cheese pizza and two breadsticks for around $12 was a pretty good price at Carowinds. Large slices and the food was pretty tasty. However, after you pick up your food, you get in a line that goes out of the restaurant to pay. Must have waited 15 to 20 minutes in line to pay. The system must be too complicated for the workers. By the time we sat down, food was only lukewarm.
Overpriced and average. Sounds like a broken record when it comes to amusement park food. It was hot and restaurant was clean.
We have ate here on the meal plan for Carowinds and off the plan. The pizza is good and the bread sticks are tasty. The outside sitting area can be undercover or in the open either is fine plenty of shade.

Amusement park food is usually not the best, but this place is the worst. Greasy, cheap quality cheese. The dough is flavorless, and the pepperoni just awful. The sauce taste like it is from a can or something. This is worse than any chain place you have ever tried. They should pay you to eat it.
They have flatbread pizza and stromboli. Not the best you've ever had but will work for a quick bite to eat. The season dining plan is accepted.
