Seemed to be short-staffed like most of the park. We had to grab our own cups by reaching over the counter. The people inside told us that the grapes or side salads were included with the dining plan, but the person outside told us that they weren't (they were nice about it, though). Overall the food was acceptable, albeit expensive.
Two slices of cheese pizza and two breadsticks for around $12 was a pretty good price at Carowinds. Large slices and the food was pretty tasty. However, after you pick up your food, you get in a line that goes out of the restaurant to pay. Must have waited 15 to 20 minutes in line to pay. The system must be too complicated for the workers. By the time we sat down, food was only lukewarm.
We have ate here on the meal plan for Carowinds and off the plan.\nThe pizza is good and the bread sticks are tasty.\nThe outside sitting area can be undercover or in the open either is fine plenty of shade.
