Waitstaff is super nice. The kitchen is shady and incompetent. Either cant read a ticket or just can't cook. It's too bad. You dont get second chances when you try to poison people. TO THE KITCHEN: READ THE TICKETS!!! Make the food that people order. No extras, don't leave things off, simply make orders as they are written. If you mess up, REMAKE IT!! Y'all are going to make people sick!

WOW! We were in the shopping center and normally go to Jenni’s for sweets but we decided to go into this place and get some Coke floats. NEVER AGAIN. From the moment we walked in we could feel the irritation from both of the servers. I asked if we could place a to go drink order and was met with a dirty look. I should’ve walked out and took my business elsewhere but against my best judgement we stayed. One of my daughters felt so uncomfortable that she went outside to wait. Between the girls working and the tables staring, it was a lot. Maybe this place isn’t used to a little bit of diversity. A Mexican mom, brown kid, white kid and African American baby was probably too much for this crowd. Staring is rude and being unkind is rude. On the way out one of our coke floats fell out of the cup holder in the stroller and made a huge mess. I felt awful but can’t help but think it was karma for the experience we had. I understand having a bad day and not giving the best service but this was not that. Haven’t felt that uncomfortable in a very long time. Thank you Park Road Soda Shoppe staff and guests for letting me know I’m not welcome there.

Lowest quality everything. Small Styrofoam cups for floats, cheapest quality ice cream and meat for burgers, one squirt of cheese on basic/hard fries. Sad bc place has potential. Onion rings are good though.

Called an order in for pick up. Only waited a few minutes for our food. The staff was busy but they were very prompt. The atmosphere looks like an old time diner. Can’t wait to come back and eat inside. The fish sandwich was not as good as I had hoped. The burger my husband had was delicious and so are the onion rings!

Came here today for lunch for the first time with my Husband and we loved it so much. It’s a really nostalgic old diner feel with a simple menu but the food was great and the service was so good. They were all so kind and working together in a way that made it feel like it was a family back behind the counter. We got a cheeseburger and an all the way hotdog with a fresh squeezed orangeade that you watch them squeeze in front of you and it was so good. We can’t wait to come back here and make this our regular stop anytime we come for a movie across the lot.
