The only problem is their bathroom stall doesn't accommodate a wheelchair sufficiently. My daughter stood guard at the door while I attempted to get into the room. It was not successful.

I love love love this spot my ho to every Friday is the fried pickles, don't get me wrong the other food is as good as well , but haven't tried the breakfast yet , lemonade to me can be a little sweeter for us being in the south 😅 but go and try it for yourself.

Have been here multiple times over the years and always enjoyed it as a quick lunch spot.
This was the first time I went with my partner and child. When the waitress took our order she seemed nice, but she never returned to our table. All the waitresses manning the floor asked every single table except ours if they needed refills or anything-- at least two times while we were there.
With the exception of our table, though we had placed our cups on the edge open and were literally right next to where they enter and exit kitchen.
The only reason I can think of was that we are very obviously a lgbt couple. It is very interesting going to restaurant when you present straight and having a totally different experience. I was really sad because even my 7 year old was perplexed why every single table got checked on but ours, and was disappointed when no one would refill her water.
I did ask once to refill her water and the lady rolled her eyes at me.
There was one waitress who appeared to be pregnant who was mostly manning the register and counter. She was the only one who was genuinely kind, and helped us refill all three of our empty drinks at the register when paying.
Very disappointed as we wanted to treat our child to an after doctor appt treat with a fun atmosphere. Don't go if you have visible tattoos or are a lgbt couple. I always tip 20%+ but I guess they thought my money was rainbow. If you wanted to be treated well walk down to Flying Biscuit.

Came in at 7:40 on Thursday night 7/25 and waited for someone to take our order they decided to greet and take orders from two tables that came in several minutes after us. We waited about 8 to 12 minutes but when they saw they were prioritizing other customers we decided to leave. Very disappointed with the service, especially because we love this place.

Awesome place for a nostalgia fix. I went on a Monday early afternoon and wasn't crowded, I probably best the lunch crowd. I got the burger all the way which came with slaw, chili and onions. I'll admit it wasn't very flavorful, lacked enough seasonings in my opinion. The tater tots were good however. I got a chocolate coke for my drink and soooooo good. U can get refills on the coke but they will only do the chocolate once in the first pour. I assume if you're willing to pay for a second drink they would do it. In any case it was so delicious.

Everything is on disposable plates, cups, utensils. Seems cheap. But the food is solid diner food and the pricing is low considering it’s in Park Road Shopping Center. Atmosphere is authentic diner and plenty of parking.

Waitstaff is super nice. The kitchen is shady and incompetent. Either cant read a ticket or just can't cook. It's too bad. You dont get second chances when you try to poison people. TO THE KITCHEN: READ THE TICKETS!!! Make the food that people order. No extras, don't leave things off, simply make orders as they are written. If you mess up, REMAKE IT!! Y'all are going to make people sick!

WOW! We were in the shopping center and normally go to Jenni’s for sweets but we decided to go into this place and get some Coke floats. NEVER AGAIN. From the moment we walked in we could feel the irritation from both of the servers. I asked if we could place a to go drink order and was met with a dirty look. I should’ve walked out and took my business elsewhere but against my best judgement we stayed. One of my daughters felt so uncomfortable that she went outside to wait. Between the girls working and the tables staring, it was a lot. Maybe this place isn’t used to a little bit of diversity. A Mexican mom, brown kid, white kid and African American baby was probably too much for this crowd. Staring is rude and being unkind is rude. On the way out one of our coke floats fell out of the cup holder in the stroller and made a huge mess. I felt awful but can’t help but think it was karma for the experience we had. I understand having a bad day and not giving the best service but this was not that. Haven’t felt that uncomfortable in a very long time. Thank you Park Road Soda Shoppe staff and guests for letting me know I’m not welcome there.

A frequent favorite! The food is very simple, classic soda shop with vintage decor. Great for family’s or couples who want to share a milkshake. Have been a customer for a decade and never had a bad experience!
