Absolutely amazing food, and even more amazing customer service. My wife and I have both had incredible experiences with Passport, and we look forward to many more. Thank you, guys!

This place has the best wings and the best pizza AND the best customer service. 10/10 recommend.

Got the Margherita pizza and the hummus plate through doordash. It came hot on a 40 degree evening. Perfect crust, crispy and good melted cheese combined with flavorful tomato sauce and basil . The whole thing was just tasty...

I had the Mediterranean pizza and a siracha hummus appetizer. Both were very good. I enjoyed the Unknown taproom so with table service food we got our order fast.

The Mexican Flatbread is amazing!

My husband and I stopped at Unknown to meet up with friends and got a flatbread from Dough Passport & Co. (it is a food truck parked permanently outside of Unknown) to take home. I was horrified to see that the flatbread had essentially been cut in half and stacked on top of each other. The cheese on the top of the bottom half of the flatbread was completely stuck to the bottom of the crust on the top half. It was such a neat concept we were both excited but ended up very disappointed.

Love this place, it's located near unknown brewery and the dough is freshly made everyday. The pizzas come out fast I suggest ordering the Mexican pizza

I specifically asked for recommendations for a vegetarian pizza. They told me to try the Thai without the chicken and I agreed. Once we got home and opened it up, it was covered in chicken. I’d call them but they don’t even have a phone number listed. Unacceptable.

Finally made it down here during the spring craft crawl. Coincidence. It wasn't crowded when we arrived, although we were edged out after less than an hour by multiple groups of early-20s ladies. The menu wasn't as good as posted here earlier so I've got an updated photo for you. Biggest diff is they don't offer as many crust choices as they used to. Whole wheat wasn't even an option for us which is the main reason for the lost star. The flatbreads came out quickly and they were decent sized. Not enough for a meal, for sure, but a solid snack. More than an appetizer. Ordered the Lebanese and Thai. Lebanese inconsistently applied the tahini and harissa so that some bites were spicy and it stayed with you rather than mellowing our with a balanced bite of tahini. The Thai had a delicious combo of flavors, curry and coconut cream/oil and sweet chili sauce. The basil on the Thai and the cilantro on the Lebanese were both under flavored. For this reason I am glad we didn't do the French; the out of season ingredients were bland and that pizza is only out of season ingredients. Crisis successfully averted! Was told that a new menu would be debuting within the week. Will be on the lookout for that. Depending on the changes, I may be back sooner or at least once the spring veggies start to come into season. But I'll call to confirm the whole wheat crust, first, next time.

A lot of the times the food is a secondary thought after picking the brewery, but for Passport, there have been times where I just want pizza, and lucky enough, Unknown Brewing is there for the pairing. :) Ever since Unknown went through their reno, the Passport Dough Co was a welcome addition since there would be previous food trucks that would park on the side street. The pizzas are delicious and offer a variety of flavors... some more exotic than others, but very glad that Unknown teamed up with this food truck. You can order at the bar or from the truck direct and they will bring the pizzas out to you when they are ready. There doesn't seem to be a huge lag time from when you order to when it is brought to your table. It's the perfect pairing with the brews the brewery offers.

Craving pizza all week and searched Yelp for any new places we had not tried as of yet. My husband works near Southend so we decided to give this a try by way of Unknown Brewing. Absolutely disappointed and feel like I just put a flame to $34 ($5 mandatory tip minimum and two pizzas + tax). Not only was the staff rude, this pizza took less than two minutes to come out once ordered? Updated review: Spoke with the owner and they were wonderful at expressing they had not been present during the time of our order, thoroughly apologized. I do hope for their sake, the staff at UB treats the pizza patrons as well as they would treat their own patron who came to order drinks after work as well. Half of the review is inclined towards the experience my husband had from moment one of walking in the door to order Friday night dinner "in" for us both. Wouldn't have picked this spot if we didn't drool at the sight of images that were previously posted.

I was really excited to try this as soon as I heard about it so I scheduled a happy hour at Unknown.

I was really excited to try this as soon as I heard about it so I scheduled a happy hour at Unknown. You order at the bar, they give you a number, you find a seat, and they bring your food to you. We got our food pretty fast. All of the pizzas looked so good that it was really hard to decide which to get. We got a big group of people and shared them all which was a good way to try a lot of them. We got there Thai, Mexican, Korean, Vietnamese, Lebanese, and Jamaican. The Thai was by far everyone's favorite and the only one that no one liked very much was the Mexican. All of the others were very good. The Vietnamese and Lebanese were probably my next favorites. I love that they have so many different nationalities represented. I highly recommend coming to Unknown and getting some of this pizza! It's very unique and delicious. I'll be back again for more!

Located inside Unknown Brewing. Cozy up to the bar and put in your order for a Passport Pizza! I love the idea to have different themed pizza from all over the world. Shockingly, this is some of the best pizza in Charlotte. Who knew?! Our favorite flatbreads so far have been the Thai and the Vietnamese. You also get a few different crust options which is nice. I thought the price tag of $13 for a flatbread was a bit steep at first, but my husband and I always share one when we come and it feels like more than just a hearty snack. We have even found ourselves coming here just for the flatbread and not even getting beer. Give it a try!
