Food came with minimal sauce. It looked nothing like the picture representation. He had to add sauce we had to make it edible and could not do it. He threw his out. My order was bland and not worth the price.

Ordered 3 plates of meaty penna pasta dishes. ( cheese clumped on top unmelted. Ordered 2 shrimp skewers…got some lame shrimp in a bowl. (4small ones). I ordered two pizza poppers for my grands and they are disgusting. Would never ever recommend this place to anyone I care about. Huge disappointment :(

We have pasta for delivery and were surprised to get it faster than promised.My pasta was everything I wanted and my dear's meatball hoagie hit the spot.Definitely will order again ❤️

I ordered the blackened shrimp and sausage. The DoorDash called and said they didn’t have sausage and I said salmon would be fine. Waited about 40 mins for my order and when it arrived the “pasta” I ordered was rice with salmon and like five slices of cucumber. I don’t know why u would change the order or not give the customer what they are paying for. Overall this was prob the worst meal I’ve ever had. The breadstick was literally just bread not even seasoned.

TERRIBLE!! Do not eat here I ordered the Parmesan Shrimp Pasta and as you can see in the picture the noodles are not penne. I called the restaurant and apparently all shrimp dishes are penne! I told her about the pictures online, she said oh it must be from a different location. NO APOLOGIES! I’m very upset!

We tried this restaurant for the first time (take out) and everyone just raved over the meal. The chicken Carbonara fettuccine was just perfect. They weren't skimpy with the bacon or portobello mushrooms. We ordered a family size (for 4 of us) and all had huge portions - and still had yummy leftovers. The bread sticks were warm, soft and seasoned perfectly. Thank you Pasta Americana for the beautiful Mother's day meal.
Absolutely terrible! You can wait 10 minutes before the waitress will take your order, another 20 minutes before your drinks come, then 10 to box up your meal. It truly is the worse restaurant I've ever been to. At least the manager will tell you how it is somehow your fault that things are taking so long. She will also try to convince you that the reason that it is terrible there has to do with the pandemic. It isn't, they just do not care. I would never recommend this place.

The pasta is what you’d expect from a Ruby Tuesday’s ghost kitchen. Three stars because in ordered 2 entrees (that each come with one breadstick per the menu) and ordered an extra side of breadsticks (which the menu states is 5 total with two sauces). I only received a TOTAL of 5 breadsticks (three separated into a side and one packaged with each meal). Would be nice to get exactly what you pay for/order.
