I mentioned to a friend at work that i needed a Tiramisu for the next day and failed to get one at a bakery. She told me about Pasta and Provisions. It was the fastest I've driven to get there before close time. (i arrived about 40 minutes before closing). I told Liza that I was new I needed a Tiramisu, but I wanted to know more about everything. I had THE BEST experience. She answered every question with excitement and helped me to pick more items to take to my family. The food traveled well, the cake was delicious and ready for the birthday celebration. I purchased meals for two household. They absolutely love it and want me to buy more for the. They are in Wake Forest. I live in Charlotte. Liza insisted that I take a meal for dinner for me and hubby that night as well, I told her i would return. Well, she convinced me. Not only I did get a meal for us (the meat sauce was sooo good) I took Canoli home to my husband. We are hooked!!! Retuning this weekend for more.Thank you Liza for taking your time with me and laughing at my questions. See you soon.

Our family just returned from a 2 wk visit to many regions in Italy. We were inspired to look into more authentic ingredients and goods. This place did not disappoint. The staff is friendly and helpful on the Provision side. We also tried one of their prepared lasagna, and it was delicious (a bit salty for our family as we have switched to eating less salt, so it could just be an us thing- not meant as a criticism). The tiramisu was amazing! Loved the variety of pasta that they have available...I could go on! We did not have a per person amount, just a final bill.

Great pasta and lasagna and many easy, ready to cook meal options that are perfect for our week nights. Small but fantastic wine and cheese selections too.
