I ordered the General Tsos and the chicken was undercooked. I asked for it to be made again and it came out with the chicken cooked perfectly, however the sauce tasted like absolutely nothing. I asked for a side of sauce just to dip the chicken in and the sauce I was given was some different sauce completely. He remade the meal again, but the sauce on that was then some weird mixture of orange chicken and something else. Overall completely dissatisfied.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I’ve had in a long time. The counter girl harassed me when I came to pick up my food!! It almost felt unreal! She was very UNPROFESSIONAL, UNPLEASANT, and OUT OF LINE. I completely felt harassed! In society it’s crazy how individuals treat one another I’m really shook by this experience!!!

I can’t imagine a nicer staff or a cleaner Pei Wei. I’ve been to a lot of Pei Wei restaurants but this one was top notch. The food was good and the service was amazing. Highly recommend. The manager, Melvin, was extremely friendly. I will definitely be back.

The staff is superb. Melvin is the man. Food is fresh and service is on point. So many choices and variety, it makes everyone happy. From Pad Thai, lo mein, sushi and bento boxes even poke bow to Chinese food. Everyone is covered

Disappointed! Love Pei Wei, but who in the world are they hiring. No one is on the top of their game at Pei Wei anymore. Tired of finding staff that do not seem to care. It won't take long for them to go out of business if they keep this up. My pork egg roll was not cooked right. I have gone here on a regular basis when I was traveling. About to mark them off my list.
Stickiest floors in all Charlotte what's the deal. Quite a few dirty tables also. Food was fine and manager was very pleasant.

However, I noticed that many of the line cooks seem as though they didnt want to be there, only one line cook seems as though she really wanted to provide any effort.

Usually good fast service with s smile. Tonight there were only a few patrons in the store but it took 20 minutes to get food. The staff did not seem happy, didn't smile or even thank me for coming by. I used the restroom for the first time during this visit and it was disgusting. Urine on the floor everywhere and trash cans over flowing. The only saving grace during this visit was the order was correct, hot, fresh and tasted good.
