I don't like waiting for an order for more than 20 minutes on a Monday when the hall is empty. The staff is unfriendly and rude, especially the woman with green and short hair. I give you a bad rating, maybe this step will push you to work better!

First of all, they took our order wrong because they didn’t even understand what we were saying. They argued with me about what I was allowed to get, even though I am the one who is paying for it. The chicken and the shrimp were pretty good, but the lo mein lacked flavor. The egg rolls are nasty and taste bad before you even take a full bite. They taste like they went through a dishwasher cycle then got fried in old oil. The coca cola even tasted off. Not my best experience.

Omg!!!! I can’t say enough great things about this restaurant and more specifically about this location!!! The food was absolutely phenomenal!!!! And the only thing better than the food was the customer service!!!! The firecracker shrimp and the crab wontons (not crab Rangoon lol) was sooooooooooo good!!!! Lastly the Manager Kelvin is spectacular!!!!! Come on out!!! You will absolutely love it!!!!!

The atmosphere is absolutely fantastic. Delicious spot for some casual dining. I ordered Mongolian Beef- it was delicious. The staff members are incredibly sweet and it made dining here so much better. Thank you for taking care of this Jersey girl’s desire for a delicious lunch !!

every time i try and order from here , they cancel my order last minute and my delivery gets canceled, 2nd time this happen, I will never got to or eat at this establishment- bad service

I hadn't been to Pei Wei in a year or two so I decided to stop by again. I ordered the beef and broccoli which was one of my favorites when I would go there. I received my order and it was very watery. My rice was swimming in soy sauce. It was horrible. Certainly not how I remembered it. I've never left almost a full plate of food at my table but I did this time. This was an inexpensive dish either. Unfortunately, I will not be back.

Place overall food fantastic customer service was on point. I ordered the firecracker chicken with brown rice as you could see in the picture came out perfect tender flavorful and spicy to share with my two year-old son. Also ordered the kids chicken chow mein excellent portion size and overall great experience would recommend.
