Pelicans snoballs of Harrisburg

We had a terrible experience at pelicans Harrisburg. We made a group order and even after waiting for 1 hour, we dint get anything. The lady was rude and showed no respect.

The employees here are something else!
Go to a different location.
You’ll wait so long for them to take and deliver your order it’s like they’re on their own special little planet. I’ve seen people order, pay then get frustrated with the wait and LEAVE!

Whomever is working today at the Pelican’s in Harrisburg, NC is absolutely ????!!! This Key Lime snow cone along with the Strawberry Cheesecake with Cream snow cone are the best we have EVER had. The crew today has figured it out. We didn’t wait long, service was outstanding and the mix of ice and “juice” is spot on…just right!!!!!!

They literally never have enough people working, leading to incredibly long wait times. Having one person on the register AND making snowballs during this time of the year is insane.

Beware! The owner Josh is unreliable and dishonest. Discussed an event and pricing, owner instructed me to drive down to drop off the deposit. I drove over 30 minutes just to get to the location and he’s carelessly tells me he is unable to honor the quote we talked about. Absolutely unacceptable service will not be recommending this business to anyone.

I took my great grandson for one today. They do have a kiddie size. You don't have to worry they put plenty of syrup in each cup.

Good snowballs, as always. However, service was a little slow since there were only 2 workers at the time, and we did have a large order, too. My personal order was wrong, but they were able to fix it quickly. Then, the 2nd time I went to order, only 2 items this time, I did have to repeat my order a few times, at the order window, and then again at the pick-up window.

Great customer service and amazing snowball flavors. I'll definitely be going back again.

Me and my son love this place. It's great options for a refreshing drink!

They are very slow! It’s crazy to wait on one item for 20 minutes! I would not come here ever again!

What's not to love about a local shaved ice shop

Opening hours are too late in my opinion. There’s only a few months out of the year people want shaved ice. Seen a ton of people pulling in and pulling out because they are closed until 1 o’clock, then came another time and they didn’t open until 12
