Can’t even pay for my food with the money I work for this is sad how come hard working people can’t pay for food if they only have big bills it’s not like they don’t have the change very unprofessional in my opinion I’d go spend my money else where

Mediocre subs and overpriced

Called and asked to who I was speaking to he replied" the manager" I continued to ask his name and he said he couldnt give it out.... wow a manager with no name. Continued to ask about the menu due to never eating there. "You dont know the menu?" He hung up I called back and he gave me this story how he isnt suppose to give his name out... finally after giving him facts he named himeself Jayden. He sounded 18. Pen station do better

We almost didn't come to this particular location due to a previous bad experience. I'm happy to report that this time was tremendously better. The service was remarkably better and the food quality was what I've come to expect from other Pen Station locations. The service tonight is what set this visit apart though. Jaden and Caleb were polite and produced a quality product in a timely fashion. This particular location still needs some updates internally, but it was clean.

Michael gave us the BEST service. We had just landed and couldn’t find much that was open. Although close to closing time, he was super friendly, and helpful. Thank you so much!! Food was great as well.

The staff here are always nice, there should be a way to tip them at the register! They really are super nice, remember who you are, say hi and go out of their way just to treat you well.

I love Penn Station, my recommendation... get the philly with thousand island dressing + lettuce / tomato and have the best Big Mac you've ever had.

This place is just not for me. Personally I feel I wasted $18. I got two snack sized subs, chicken parm and cheesesteak which are $5 a piece a small fry about $4 and the large lemonade about $3. The subs weren’t bad but the fries weren’t good at all. The lemonade was sweet and sour but too much made my stomach hurt. I definitely will not be going back anytime soon
