Daphane and the team at this location have made this one of my favorite lunch spots for me and also for my staff. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. Whether it’s a solo lunch day or catering highly recommended.

Food was good and love that chicken teriyaki sub with the fries. Fresh to order so that extra 2 minutes wait is well worth it. And conveniently open til 3am on Friday & Saturday beats that cookout line for real

I’ve been coming here for years because of the convenient location, but lately have been disappointed.
Sometimes the employees are nice and other times they completely ignore you and when you try to get their attention they are snappy and not helpful.
I usually order the same thing because it’s good, but lately no matter what I order, it’s all bread. I got a sandwich recently that had one slice of meat on it… one slice and then the thick bread. I went to the store and bought more meat to put on the sandwich so it was at least worth eating.

So I would typically give this a 2 star, but because I know it’s been good and not everyone there is rude, I’m giving 3.

Great food. Amazing service. My kids said Turkey subs are comparable to most places but i had the hot Italian that was recommended and it was delicious. Fries made fresh. Cookies were soft. The staff was friendly, helpful, all smiles. Would eat here again

Speed, service, presentation, accuracy, this place has it all down. Late night Penn station runs are now one of me and my friends favorite uptown activities! Right next to the light rail makes it so convenient!

Amazing. Came for my first time around 2:15am when all the restaurants are closed, and Landon cooked the absolute best cheesesteak I’ve ever had. I was skeptical at first but he convinced me it was worth it, and, before I knew it I was finishing the whole thing! It 100% was worth it! I’ll have to come back for that Monday deal! Thanks Penn Station! I work third shift you guys are perfect!

Ordered a sub and was extremely disappointed it was poorly made, tasted old, and the bread was hard as a rock. I called to speak with a manager since the store was closing within the hour and I couldn’t make it back. I even took pictures and videos to document the issue.

I didn’t ask for a refund just requested a replacement sub on another day since I couldn’t enjoy mine. The manager told me the bread was the same as the one used for my partner’s sub, but that doesn’t explain the difference. His was warm and fresh mine was cold and stale, so of course it would taste completely different.

As a General Manager in hospitality, I always aim to make things right for customers. The way this was handled really rubbed me the wrong way. I won’t be returning, and I’ll make sure others know about this experience
