We almost didn't come to this particular location due to a previous bad experience. I'm happy to report that this time was tremendously better. The service was remarkably better and the food quality was what I've come to expect from other Pen Station locations. The service tonight is what set this visit apart though. Jaden and Caleb were polite and produced a quality product in a timely fashion. This particular location still needs some updates internally, but...
Michael gave us the BEST service. We had just landed and couldn’t find much that was open. Although close to closing time, he was super friendly, and helpful. Thank you so much!! Food was great as well.
The staff here are always nice, there should be a way to tip them at the register! They really are super nice, remember who you are, say hi and go out of their way just to treat you well.
