This is my favorite Penn Station location in the Charlotte area! The food was absolutely amazing and the service was even better. The shift leader, Caleb, gave excellent service while giving me great options to choose from. I ended up going with the New Buffalo Chicken sub and it was an absolute gem! Go try this sub out and Penn Station, please consider Caleb for a promotion! He exemplifies great customer service and is extremely friendly! Thanks again Penn Station at Remount!
Ordered online for pick up and food was ready as soon as I arrived. I ended up eating inside. Tables were all dirty and sticky, and cups had dried soda on them. They were pretty busy with the lunch crowd. I ordered the grilled Italian wrap. It was very delicious but super duper greasy. The paper it was wrapped on was soaked in grease.
