Manager is rude, took over 30 minutes to make my wrap and then handed it to someone else who brought it back and then tried to hand it to me. Instead of fixing me a new one right away he continued to make the next 5 peoples order behind me. When i asked for a refund he had me stand at the register for over 15 mins. Once an altercation started with me begging him to refund me he still continued to make food. After i got my refund and left I called corporate and they were closed. I left a message and never received a call back from the store or corporate.I also went online and filled out a complaint and was not contacted but whoever is responding to reviews left clearly didnt read my entire review because i already went online and no one called or responded.I CALLED CORPORATE AND LEFT A BOICEMAIL NO CALL AND FILLED OUT YOUR ONLINE FORM AND NO RESPONSE.

Wonderful service. While taking my order they overheard that I was planning to split my sandwich with a friend so they cut it in half and put it on two plates for us, which was super thoughtful! Will definitely come back.

I love Penn Station! I eat here almost once a week. I work nearby and am so grateful to have good food within walking distance. I always get the cheese steak with everything on it except the pizza sauce and they never disappoint! Freshly grilled when you order and always loaded down with meat and cheese ?

A really awesome sandwich, but the prices are toughhh... $15-16 for a 12" sub no chips or drink is pretty crazy.
