Penn Station has a sandwich that tastes clean, at least the Italian sub did. Loved the sub, although, I was somewhat surprised that no drink or chips were included despite a near $12 purchase for the sub (regular-sized) alone. However, shout-out to that young lady today that offered a FREE small cup of water. Her hospitality displayed today and reflected the business well. A somewhat rare sub shop, give it a shot!

My husband and I dined here for the first time with a coupon. We were so pleasantly surprised. We each ordered a hot chicken sub with fries. They were prepared fresh on the grill before our eyes. James (manager) sautéed mushrooms and onions for our sandwiches. The smell was divine. We thoroughly enjoyed our tasty and generous sandwiches. Multi grain rolls were delicious. The fries were fresh cut, fried in peanut oil, and served piping hot. The two ladies behind the counter were so friendly and pleasant.
Only problem was that the soda machine was not calibrated correctly. Soda was very foamy coming out of the dispenser but flat. Pepsi products (wish it was Coca Cola).Tea was good but no lemons or lemon juice available.
All in all, we will be back for yummy food and friendly service.

It was my first time ordering at penn station and Mrs. Freda and Mrs. Mia really gave the store a great welcoming atmosphere almost like if i was at aunties house she made recommend da steak and cheese for me and it was amazing.

People talk about five guys being ridiculously expensive… this place is right there with them. We haven’t been in a while and went today for lunch. The sandwiches are always good, although it does seem like there is less meat on the cheesesteak than there used to be in the past.. but my beef is the amount of fries you get now. Today my wife and I got a “ medium “ fry to split. As you can see in the picture this was maybe just a little more than you would expect in a kids meal. In the past a medium would be almost overkill for two people, now my kids would be mad if that’s all they got Very disappointed and not sure if we will be back anytime soon.

We ordered dinner from here last night, and went in to pick it up! We were greeted by the General Manager, Frida, who was warm, lovely and handed us coupons for the kids! She turned our entire experience around there. We had gone to this location in the past and not had the best experience, but she was so lovely, and thanked us for being customers - so we will definitely be back, and encourage others to try this location too!
