Horrible. I did a big catering order and they did not read it correctly. Food was cold and the sandwiches that should of been grilled, was not grilled. Customer service was not there. Was not greeted when we walked in. Will not be doing catering with them. This was the first and last time ever.

Ordered veggie sub, had only peppers and mushrooms asked to split in half and they didn’t even do that.

Its remarkablely slow service. It's understaffed and you wait 30 minutes for a mediocre overpriced sandwich. It's not efficient like Jimmy Johns or Jersey Mike's. You don't watch them make the sandwich in real time. You aimlessly wait forever. AVOID this place !
Great hot italian! Where else can you go and get a sub and fresh cut fries!
This was my first time in a Penn Station. Mya was excellent and patient while I made my selections. Food was amazing! Also the salads are great. I will be coming back.

Was so nice! Mia was so kind, and assisted with every detail of our visit. The food was great, exactly as we had ordered, and everybody left happy!
Place was very welcoming, and was clean. Food was cooked to perfection, and just a good atmosphere and attitude all around.
Complements go out to the cook Lina for putting love into making my sub… I also want to send compliments to the whole staff as well for their outstanding attitudes and professionalism.
