Love this place! Usually come on Mondays for there Jazz set. About $5 or $10 to get in so not bad. They only provide drinks so if you are hungry eat before you go. Always able to meet new music lovers here. What a great time.

Get a better door guy who remembers your regulars. Shouldn't have to be IDd/ not let in at 40 years old because said bouncer can't remember faces. Haven't been IDd in the neighborhood in years. Last time coming here.

Last weekend I went to see a show. The bouncer, older guy, glasses long hair. Was rude told us we couldn't all come in because my party that came with me was too many people for him to let in the door at one time along with other rude comments. There was five of us. One of the people in my party has down syndrome, and the bouncer was rude to him as well. I will not be going back to any establishment with this level of disrespect for the handicap.

Extremely rude staff. Doorman is very disrespectful and unprofessional. Will never come back

The door man will pocket your cash, refuse to give you change, and tell you to do something about it when you call him out. Hands down the worst experience I've had in Charlotte - inexcusable... I won't be back.

Absolutely love the live music here. It’s a great place to support local artists! The vibe is always great!

I used to love this bar, but they replaced the KJ (Mike Earle) who just so happened to be the #1 KJ in CLT 2023 ??
No parking, always a cover, beer was old tasting. Comedy shows are decent. Owner is weird, after he wanted patrons to take an experimental pharmaceutical jab to enter.

The Bill Hanna Legacy Jazz Session is every Monday night at 7:30pm. Bill Hanna was a legend in Charlotte. He was the godfather of Jazz. keeping his legacy alive and continuing The Double Door jazz and blues music tradition by inviting musicians to join into the jam. They help teach new inspiring artist the skills and confidence to play.Great job!!

Found this cute little piano bar while waiting for a reservation. Staff was friendly and drinks were strong. Ask about the specials. All around a win! p.s. There are no seats at the bar. You've been warned girls in heels
