The service was great. My favorite thing to eat there are the chicken lettuce wraps but the lettuce was so small you couldn't really wrap anything. They basically stated that all their lettuce as of right now are small so that was the only hiccup.

The health rating was low 90s Manager explained that it was due to “4 machines not working” very vague. Waiter was not familiar with the food or drink menu 4 people were in our party and everyone's food came out at different times. I canceled my order. One person in our party that eat the food, felt Ill (upset stomach) the next morning. I'm very disappointed and surprise the experience was so bad

Sanitation score is 88 scary for this type of restaurant. Unacceptable for the management to allow this.

The restaurant was very slow that evening with only a handful of tables occupied. Even so, it took 15 minutes to get our drinks and another almost 45 minutes to get our food. When the food came out it wasn't correct, but was quickly fixed by the waitress. The restaurant had also dropped from an A sanitary rating to a B, which we would not have stayed had we seen it prominently displayed near the front of the restaurant. We've been to this location MANY times (we're huge fans of P.F. Chang's), but were not impressed this time. We will likely be going to a different location in the future.

Our server was attentive, and the food was tasty. Given it was lunchtime on a Tuesday, it was relatively quiet.

The food and service were both okay — nothing exceptional, but enjoyable. However, the cleanliness of the space could definitely be improved. A bit more attention to detail would elevate the overall experience.

Took family to dinner on Friday eve. Seated at our table promptly. Food temp was room only and we figured it was ready sitting waiting for waiter to bring to the table. To our surprise the food was high quality- past several times was more of Miss than Hit. The light touch dumplings was perfectly done. I normally ask only their brown rice but this time it was undercooked so switched over to white rice and the beef broccoli coated with right amount of sauce tasted so good I asked for a second bowl of white rice. We ate everything, felt satisfied. Only wished we didn't have to spend so much time waiting for our dishes. Hope the next time we are back the food will retain this high quality.

My broccoli was hard to chew as it was not cooked properly to the desired texture. My beef was overcooked and very chewy. My drink tasted more like syrup than a refreshing lemonade. I told yall we were celebrating a graduation, which is written in the reservation box, and you all did nothing! It was a college graduation, and we chose your restaurant and had a poor experience. Meanwhile there 2 other tables celebrating and received a sparkle bottle and acknowledgement and the table behind us they celebrated a graduation the same college and the young lady had on a cap and gown, my son clearly had on his and we were ignored. I gave your restaurant rave reviews from my date nights with my husband and assured them this was the place to go, and yall fell very short and dropped the ball. I was let down as we bypassed our restaurant in Northlake to go to yours and received lackluster service. Yall could have offered a free desert. Instead your waiter ask my son if he just graduated (and obviously he's wearing a cap and gown,) and the waiter told my son "it goes downhill from there" I'm just disgusted at his statement. Don't he know young grads are concerned about their future enough, and yet they still worked very hard to get through, and you turn around and tell him it was for nothing? As a courtesy, I gave 3 stars, but upon writing this, you deserve 0 because you all ruined our beautiful moment to celebrate my son.

The wait was RIDICULOUS for having a reservation - and the confirmation texts all to have to wait for an hour.

Server was excellent. Friday at 7:00 pm, the place was empty. Main courses tasted like frozen food cooked in a microwave.

The restaurant was dirty. Table was not ready for a 5 pm reservation. Food was not fresh. Tasted like it came from a microwave. Not planning a return visit.

Overall this was a good experience. Celebrating our granddaughter's 18th birthday we made our reservation at Open Table for 6. I like getting an email reminder that we confirm we are coming a day before. We entered the restaurant and after waiting a short time were greeted by a hostess, she seemed to struggle finding our reservation when another person came to assist. After determining our reservation she said to wait a minute and she went over to a table and placed silver roll ups and menus on before coming back and asking us to follow her to be seated. We were greeted pretty much immediately by our server who introduced herself and welcomed us to the restaurant. She told us her name was Aminata. She was very friendly and pleasant throughout our experience. She inquired if we wanted to order drinks and we placed our drink order. I order and Michelob Ultra ($6.49) and others in the party ordered Shirley Temple ($3.69); Pibb Extra ($3.79); Peach Boba Breeze ($5.79) and Ice Tea ($3.79). After serving beverages we ordered. I ordered some appetizers to share. Spare Ribs ($15.59); Vegetable Spring Rolls ($8.99; Pork Egg Rolls ($9.49) and Crispy Green Beans ($11.29). We also ordered our entrees, Orange Chicken ($17.79); Changs chicken ($18.59); Mongolian Trio ($26.29);Beef with Broccoli ($15.59) and Honey Chicken ($18.59) We all commented how prices have increased with inflation. Food quality was very good with good sized portions. Appetizers were served first and we worked on those, shortly after our entrees were brought to the table. All food was proper temperature. Our server checked on us often for satisfaction. Aminata noted that it was our granddaughters birthday and told her that she could have a special dessert that was served with a special sparkler. Fun! Overall, a good experience and we do recommend. Good food - attentive and good service
