Where they sat us first was freezing. Then the server continually forgot things we had to ask for numerous times, our order came out wrong twice. It was my daughter's bday which I included on the reservation. Nothing was ever mentioned. Will not be going back there.

The restaurant was completely unprepared for the Christmas Eve rush despite everyone having a reservation. They were short staffed i.e. there was one bartender for much of the night. Reservations had a two-hour lag time as people were staying at their tables for 2 and 3 hours. We ended up going home without eating. I think for next year, they might consider several seating times or put a 2 hour limit on tables. Chinese food is popular since A Christmas Story but this ruined our Christmas Eve despite having made a reservation two months ago. Terrible night.

PF Changs will overbook reservations. On a busy night like Christmas Eve, they will make you wait over an hour past your reservation time to be seated. Do not assume you can get a table here because there are plenty of reservations available. They tried to seat us at a high top with an infant. Then gave us a wet table with no silverware. Went over 30 minutes without refilling drinks. They were unprepared and overwhelmed. We ordered the child's food before drinks/appetizers and it came out after everyone else's entrees. I've always enjoyed PF Changs but I would never trust them with a reservation again.

I never even got to eat there. Our 645pm reservation turned into a wait of 75 min. We left and found a place that could seat us in a timely manner. Thanks P.F. for ruining Christmas Eve!

Reservation at 6:30, arrived at 6:25, but they did not sit us (party of 4) until 7:40. Hostess said we were next and then sat two tables ahead of us. We had to call her out on it and she finally sat us at bar stables, serviced by an overwhelmed bar staff. Service was extremely slow, and food was very delayed. We put in our full order as soon as we were sat. Only got a portion of food in 25 minutes and remainder came out 20 minutes later. We ended up leaving around 9pm (waiting on check time in there), so we were there for a little over 2.5 hours and did not enjoy it at all. It was a very loud environment because it was oversold and/or understaffed, so people were stacked up at the door/hostess stand and all over waiting for tables. Food was decent for a chain resturant.

They essentially ruined Christmas Eve for my group. We made a reservation for 6:30. After waiting almost an hour, we were told dining was first come first serve basis, which meant they were still taking walkups ahead of reservations, and there were several tables of 6 or more still ahead of us still waiting. Why offer reservations if you won't honor them? We left and went elsewhere that sat is near immediately. We won't be going back here.

From the time we ordered til food was on the table was 1 hour and 20 minutes. At that point, they forgot an entree so it had to be made then. This was Christmas Eve so I know they were busy but that doesn't change the facts of our experience. Food was very good though.
