Was able to get a reservation through Open Table easily. Food was very good, service was good. No issues with this visit. Will certainly be back.

Very crowded on Mother's Day, so service was slow. The waiter was very nice and gave us free appetizer and dessert. Food was great.

Haven't been in years and stopped in with my husband on an unexpected date night. The service was amazing our waitress was so kind, made recommendations, and even offered a free appetizer. Bottles of wine were 50% off to our surprise. Good meal and value!

I ordered take out and was unfortunately very disappointed. My lo mein noodles had a burned flavor, as though they were unintentionally smoked with burnt oil. My honey chicken was bland, the extra shrimp were overly breaded and my egg roll was charred. My son’s fried rice lacked flavor. Perhaps this was a bad day but I ordered this food at 5pm on a Saturday… this should not be this bad. $68 meal and I don’t want to eat it. I’m not likely to order again.

This is a typical chain restaurant. Food that was supposed to be spicy wasn't very spicy. Service was great though.

First time into a PF Chang's.. the food was pretty decent although I wouldn't rave about it. Atmosphere was kind of loud but some folks like that. Our server was amazing and helpful, she was the best part of the experience.

Honestly, I was disappointed with PF Chang. It's been a few years since I been to this location and I was disappointed with the service we recieved as well as the food. While I recongnized being cost efficient is important for a restaurant the food did not have the taste or quality. My friend and I was seated and it took 10 minutes for our waiter to acknowledge us. Then the refill on our beverages was delayed we even request to bring an additional cup of water and that was declines. The egg drop soup tasted like chicken broth with vegetables in it. The crab Rangoon was chewing and the plum sauce was disgusting. Finally the chicken entree I had tasted like it was reheat no authenticity.

Kid-friendliness: Yes, very kid friendly

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes extremely ADA accessible. They do a great job accommodating every one

Good, pricy, if you want the atmosphere, good go to. If you just want the food, cheaper to go elsewhere. Certainly not traditional.

We had a reservation and requested a booth when we got there. There were a couple of empty booths but we were told that they were reserved. We watched the booth sit there empty for at least 45 minutes to an hour for "reserved" guest. Mind you we also had a reservation. I was there to celebrate my birthday and wish we had chosen another place to go.

P.F. Chang's at Northlake was a great choice for our group. When we arrived, we discovered that OpenTable had not sent over our confirmed reservation. After showing my confirmation emails and allowing the hostess to view my app, she seated us within 10 minutes. Overall, the food was delicious. The couple with us are vegetarians, and they raved about the vegetarian options. I had the Mongolian beef with lo mein, and my husband had the shrimp with fried rice—both were excellent. The plating was a bit unusual, as the dishes came in separate bowls, and my husband's rice was served in the same bowl as our friend's husband's, as if for family-style sharing. That was unexpected. Other than that, we had a great time. I would recommend the restaurant but would book directly with them rather than using OpenTable

Not that this place cares 1 bit about any bad reviews on here, but after driving 45min to this restaurant to be told there is a 3 1/2 hour wait.... is absolutely a complete joke. This place is the size of my living room in my house... obviously not enough seating nor employees. Your wating area was absolutely catastrophic. Great way to ruin our experience, our time, and our night out. I promise to the world that I will never set foot back into this ridiculous restaurant.

FYI. For the people who were actually waiting 3 hours for there seat, you guys need mental help. If you guys would just walk out like we did... then maby this restaurant would have no choice but to start caring about the customer! Until then, places like this will continue to exist... and that's sad. Build a bigger restaurant to accommodate your guest!

Amazing service. Get to that in a moment.
Had dinner with 14 colleagues. We ordered several apps and soups. All delicious. Our dishes arranged from vegetarian to gluten-free to pad Thai to shrimp, chicken and beef. I originally ordered the firecracker shrimp. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. The dish came out lukewarm, shrimp a bit tough and it lacked flavor. Our server, Upon sharing with our server, Trinity, she immediately removed the dish. I replaced it with spicy chicken. It was hot and packed with flavor.

Trinity offered exceptional service, taking care of our group. We never had to ask for refills. She was engaging and we enjoyed her wonderful personality. Well done, Trinity!
