If I could give 1,000,000 out of 1,000,000 stars I would. Mr. Chris is kind, compassionate, helpful and a great business man ! I went in having a taste for a soft pretzel and came out understanding the beauty of kindness, compassion and empathy. I purchased a special surprise for my middle school students and can't wait to share with parents the great menu that is available. Thank you Mr. Chris for the phenomenal service and freshly made pretzels.

My son just welcomed his first born, a boy, my first grandchild. So I wanted to send some fun and different foods. We all love these pretzels and I have purchased them many times for all kind of different events. They are always a big hit! The big issue is I'm in New Jersey and he is in Concord, NC. I called the Philly Pretzel Factor Ballantyne In Charlotte, NC hoping they could deliver a tray to my Son. My call was answered by Chris/owner. He was soo helpful and willing to go out of his way to deliver these Pretzels for me! He was very Kind, understanding and polite. A very professional person. My son was so excited for the tray of pretzels and is enjoying every bite! I'm sure I will use his services again in the future, all the way from Jersey, and of course I will try and personally thank him the next time I visit North Carolina! Thank you soo Much CHRIS!!!

Delicious soft pretzels hot from the oven. The manager/owner is a super friendly and nice guy, and the pretzels are superb. They also have hot dogs and sausage in pretzels dough. I recommend the spicy sausage... it has some heat.

The team did an amazing job on pretzel trays for our daughter’s wedding in Charlotte. The bride and groom met at Temple in Philly and this was a fun way to celebrate. The heart-shaped pretzels were perfect and customer service was incredible!

I just moved from Philly a month ago. As soon as I found out we have a Philadelphia pretzel factory I drove an hour without hesitation 👍🏻

Stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon towards the end of the day to get some rivets and when they didn’t have enough for a full bucket they offered to bake a fresh batch up! Such great customer service. I live about 40 minutes away and usually preorder. My orders are always ready when I get there. The pretzels are just the best. Thanks for giving me a taste of Philly in NC! I would love it if you opened a location in the university area!
