I love PhonGood Time! I am a repeat customer and have tried a lot of the items on the menu and have never been disappointed, the wait staff and bartenders are attentive and the manager always ensures I have a good meal!

Upon entry the waitress sitting customers was not at the podium. Another waitress was there, but chose to wait for the person whose job it was to seat us. She ultimately came and seated us. Our waitress bought water to the table and then stood near a wall.She came to the table next to us a couple times, but did not acknowledge us. So we were unsure if she was acting our waitress. She continuously made eye contact with us, but did not come over to take our order. She returned to the table next to us. At this time my daughter and I decided we were going to leave if she did not take our order. She did take our order. We both order the same two things. We ordered vegetable dumplings, she asked if we wanted chicken. We said no vegetable. When she brought our orders she didn’t bring the dumplings. We asked about them and she asked if we wanted dumplings. After we received our food she never came back to check on us. We watched her and other employees stand against the wall talking amongst themselves and not take orders of others that came in. They made eye contact and pointed at tables they were not assisting. The food was good, but the service is extremely bad. I would say get your food to go.
