This is my first time coming here because my friend suggested for me to come. The servers sat the customers who came after us and brought their food out. It took a very long time for my friend and I to receive our food and drinks. I ordered the Seafood Pho, and the first bowl had a fly inside. I let the servers know about this, and they apologized and remade my pho, just for there to be two flies in my food. I told the servers again, and they were apologetic, and I asked to speak with the manager. The manager took a hot minute to see what was wrong and was acting like he didn't know what I was talking about, and he was rude about it. But I'm thankful I was not charged for this because the restaurant has a no refund policy and no public restroom. Luckily, I was able to use the restroom. I only enjoyed the Summer Spring roll, but service and everything else was terrible. I wanted to give this place another try, but noo!

The atmosphere was nice, clean, and service was excellent. The food came out within a matter of minutes after ordering. The chicken pho was piping hot and delicious and I completed it with an assortment of toppings. The quality is just as good as when I had pho in Virginia a few years ago. Based on patronage, you can easily tell this place is a neighborhood favorite. I enjoyed myself and hope to return again.

Parking: Location is in a shopping strip so parking spaces can become limited.
Kid-friendliness: They are kid-friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: May find it difficult to locate a wheelchair ramp.

The restaurant isn't the cleanest, but it's not dirty either. The service isn't as friendly as at some other American restaurants, but it's not unpleasant. Their pho is excellent! I've tried many different places for Vietnamese food, but this is the best pho I've had in my life so far.

Amazing pho! I'm usually not a pho person but Pho Hoa has converted me. Their broth is so soothing, meat is well cooked, and the service/ atmosphere is exactly what I want in a pho restaurant. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. I'm so glad that we tried Pho Hoa and I can't wait to go back!

The veggie Pho is one of the best in Charlotte. The staff and owners are great at the prices are a little high.
Absolutely HORRIBLE. Sent me pork when I ordered chicken and wrote them a note to make sure it was chicken. They upcharged me WITHOUT consent and argued with me on the phone. Refused to find a solution. He would not tell me his name but I will be writing a one star review every day until I receive my money back and an apology. Save your time and money.

Place was PACKED but super fast kitchen service and friendly wait staff. Meal was delicious. Everything is fresh to order so you can make requests if you need to tweak something. I got the chicken vermicelli bowl.

Naj and I went on a casual lunch date to Pho Hoa. We were greeted by the host with a warm smile. It was a cold day in NC so some pho was well needed. We were seated right away and sat down at a table in the middle of the restaurant. The staff were very friendly. Our order came right away. I had the seafood pho and Naj had the pho with the different meats. We had a tofu roll and Naj had the summer roll. We had a cold Kirin premium beer. Everything was delicious!! We will definitely be going back there again.
