The pho was disappointingly bland—more like hot water than a flavorful broth—even though it came with extra vegetables not typically found at other places. After taking our order, the server disappeared, and we didn’t see her again for the rest of the meal. On top of that, the music was too loud and poorly connected, causing it to skip constantly, which was really distracting and annoying.

Just not flavorful broth, took a lot of Sriracha to get things to taste more than hot water. Ordered the pho ga and they added broccoli, carrots, etc that isn't in the bowl normally at other places, very off-putting. No one checked on us or provided refills to our water the entire meal.

Came in for lunch today on a Saturday a little after noon. Place was hoppin’ which was a good sign. Love that they have the menu right on the table under glass cover for easy access- genius! Got the pho with the sliced steak and meatballs, which I forgot to take a picture of. It definitely hit the spot, very good! My husband and I both agreed that the pho broth here is done right. So far, the best we tried in town.

What a delicious experience! I haven’t had Pho in a really long time, and this really hit the spot. I got the steak and brisket, regular sized, and it was the perfect amount of food with a beautiful presentation and taste. I would definitely come back!!

I ordered to go the food was very low in quality. I called to complain and they weren't helpful at all. This will be the last time I will ever go there. The beef stirfry looked very uncooked. It was a waste of my 25 dollars.

Me and my family love this place, but like others have mentioned the total never seems to add up with the food that we order. I did the math myself and what should’ve been around $52-$54 ended up almost $70. I ordered the house special fried rice, two kids pho and three bobas. If tip is being added customers should be let known of that ahead of time. There’s no reason for the store to not acknowledge that. I don’t mind, just please let me know if that’s the case.

We were on a trip and thought hey let's give this small local business a try. What a BIG mistake!!! Food not the greatest. Service sucked and we were over charged by $30. We are a family of 5 he charged us for gratuity. He kept running his calculator I told him that's it. He said no he has to charge cause people don't tip. Not my problem!! (We were going to leave a tip for the horrible service anyways.) He said he charges everyone then I seen a guy checking out, he didn't charge him so I asked why and they guys just smiled. Don't go there unless you wanna be over charged. HORRIBLE!!!!

This is my first time coming here because my friend suggested for me to come. The servers sat the customers who came after us and brought their food out. It took a very long time for my friend and I to receive our food and drinks. I ordered the Seafood Pho, and the first bowl had a fly inside. I let the servers know about this, and they apologized and remade my pho, just for there to be two flies in my food. I told the servers again, and they were apologetic, and I asked to speak with the manager. The manager took a hot minute to see what was wrong and was acting like he didn't know what I was talking about, and he was rude about it. But I'm thankful I was not charged for this because the restaurant has a no refund policy and no public restroom. Luckily, I was able to use the restroom. I only enjoyed the Summer Spring roll, but service and everything else was terrible. I wanted to give this place another try, but noo!
