My wife is southeast asian and we eat A LOT of pho. We know Charlotte has lots of good Vietnamese food but we think Pho Ngon stands out as the best bowl of pho in town. Definitely worth a try. Friendly and hardworking staff as well!

The pho broth is sooo flavorful!!! I had a side of short ribs that were A1 as well. They were grilled tender with the perfect sweet bbq and secret ingredients the chef would not share. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. The owner was very welcoming and friendly. Ohhh get the passion fruit juice! Thank me later 😉

Cute hidden restaurant with great food and service. #17 pork vermicelli was delicious
I placed an order over the phone today and gave very clear instructions on what I wanted . I have ordered from this place many times prior to today and have always gotten what I wanted . I got back to work after picking up my food and noticed they had gotten my order wrong . I called the restaurant to let them know and see if there was anything they could do to get the correct order. The boy who answered stated he gave me a different meal because of the modifications I wanted and admitted to not listening to what assuming I would not want to pay extra for the modifications I requested when I was more than willing to pay as I had before . I asked to speak to a manager and he stated “well I’m the manager for right now.” I have never seen this child in all of my encounters at this restaurant. I asked for a call back when the actual manager would return and I have yet to receive a call back . I wasted money on a meal that I didn’t not eat . I would like someone to reach out for a refund or to correct the error made .

This place was great and the only pho restaurant around Charlotte I could find that serves authentic pho with tripe and tendon. All the other places seem to only have an americanized version of pho (no tripe or tendon options). This new hip area of Charlotte is also very cool and isn't too congested like every place else. If you want authentic pho this is the place to go.

Had such a good dinner here!! We had 2 different rolls and #21 and #22, and everything was solid and so good! Service was so friendly and quick! Would def recommend!
