This is the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever had. I got the vegan tofu dish and it was absolutely amazing. Everyone in the restaurant is so kind. Me and my husband are visiting from Atlanta and one of the servers took the time to tell us about the city! We came back twice during our stay in Charlotte because we really enjoyed the food and service.

I just ordered Shrimp Vermecelli to go. I live in the area and enjoy this location whether dining in or ordering. They are so kind here and it just goes a long way. They make sure you’re not rushing and allow you to just relax and eat. This is the first time I’ve ordered Vermecelli to-go and it is beautiful. Chopsticks are mine not from the restaurant.

I order here all the time, and the food is great! But don’t try to call your food in. They will get something wrong every time, and if you order rice to go, it will be the bottom of the pan where it’s hard and sometime me burnt. It’s best to just dine in.

Haven't had a chance to stop by in person but got pickup and really enjoyed my meal.
I wanted to introduce my boyfriend to authentic Vietnamese food (other than pho) - and got a summer rolls, pork banh mi, grilled pork vermicelli, and chicken fried rice. Everything was fresh, tasty, sufficient portions, and reasonably priced.
Even though I had to pick up order, I felt like a valued customer. I was graded when I walked in, even though it was a minute before closing, and the payment process was friendly too. They seemed genuine happy to help.
I only saw the interior at a quick glance, but it's definitely a step above the classic hole-in-the-wall Vietnamese place that looks like a house on the outside with bare bones ambience inside.
Looking forward to wondering more from this location and even dining in person.
Pho Ngon is the best pho in the area!!! They are really nice too. I got the number 7 medium, and it was a huge portion. Tons of beef! :-) Their rolls are good too. Service was on point, and they had all of the veggies for their pho, even coolantra. Their Chilli paste is really good too if you like some spice in your life. I can't wait to go back!

“Friday Night Pho” is how I’m starting my weekend from now on!I called in to place and order and they were extremely pleasant to talk to. Took my order fast and gave me a quick expected turnaround. I arrived a little early to a nearly empty restaurant but it was minutes before closing. There were still people at a fee tables and looked like they weren’t being hurried out! Obviously great since they still took my order with pleasure! There was no one at the front when I walked in but as soon as door rung, the owner came out of the back to greet me with a welcoming demeanor. “Just one?” “No I just placed an order.” And he recited it back to me. “That’s it.” “Ok, about 4 - 5 min.” It was exactly that. I was so surprised at how clean and inviting the environment was. The place smelled delicious. And as the owner was ringing me up, I asked about a to-go menu. “No but everything is online and is super easy to order online also.” He pulled out his phone and walked me through it unprompted. I got Pho but they also have chicken wings!!!!! Not all places do and it’s heartbreaking. The Pho and chicken wings are delicious!!! I live in Steele Creek but used to drive to either Noda or Matthews just for pho because not all places are any good. And the prices here are as expected. The service in Charlotte can be atrocious and most of the food sucks. A lot of restaurants are dirty. This place exceeds all of that. My new favorite place and it saves me 25 minutes of driving. THANK YOU!
