I placed an order over the phone today and gave very clear instructions on what I wanted . I have ordered from this place many times prior to today and have always gotten what I wanted . I got back to work after picking up my food and noticed they had gotten my order wrong . I called the restaurant to let them know and see if there was anything they could do to get the correct order. The boy who answered stated he gave me a different meal because of the modifications I wanted and admitted to not listening to what assuming I would not want to pay extra for the modifications I requested when I was more than willing to pay as I had before . I asked to speak to a manager and he stated “well I’m the manager for right now.” I have never seen this child in all of my encounters at this restaurant. I asked for a call back when the actual manager would return and I have yet to receive a call back . I wasted money on a meal that I didn’t not eat . I would like someone to reach out for a refund or to correct the error made .

This place was great and the only pho restaurant around Charlotte I could find that serves authentic pho with tripe and tendon. All the other places seem to only have an americanized version of pho (no tripe or tendon options). This new hip area of Charlotte is also very cool and isn't too congested like every place else. If you want authentic pho this is the place to go.

Food was good broth didnt even need any augmentation, the guy up front however was off handedly rude and insensitive commenting about how much food was being ordered for my pregnant friend, A simple re-explaining could have been used if he felt the portions were gonna be to big. But overall it was good would go again

Food is delicious but when I was ordering my food, i ordered Pho along with some Bahn Mi, the waiter at the time ask me “bahn mi to go?” i said no, i obviously wasn’t planing on eating both entirely but i still wanted to order both. The server then said “that’s a little too much isn’t it”. and it just felt really rude, it doesn’t help that im pregnant and i then started to cry. I think he needs to watch how he says things to people

69/10, if you want authentic Vietnamese pho, you come here! First and foremost the customer service was great, good food, good amount of seating. I got the Pho Dac Biet which translates to the special pho, and the broth is an umami flavor bomb. You can taste the love and time put into beef broth, good cuts of brisket and flank steak.
You need to come here for their pho and the fried eggrolls for an appetizer!

We stopped into Pho Ngon 2 weeks ago and had a WONDERFUL meal!
We ordered an appetizer of fried dumplings that were very tasty. They had vegetarian broth (as well as beef and chicken broth) so we both ordered a vegan pho. It came with an AMPLY SUPPLY of bean sprouts, jalapenos and THAI BASIL!! The bowl size was medium and it was plenty of soup after the dumplings. It was stuffed full of noodles, mushrooms & other veggies and it tasted delicious!!
We left full and satisfied. The prices were good, the restaurant was VERY CLEAN, the service was great and the atmosphere contributed to a positive experience. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this restaurant and we will definitely visit again!

I had such a great experience at this Vietnamese restaurant! I ordered the vermicelli bowl, and it was absolutely delicious. The tofu was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside and full of flavor. I also had the tea, and you could tell it was made with care. It wasn’t too sweet—just perfect.
The customer service was also amazing. The guy who helped us took great care of our table and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!

For me, the food was quick and good. Pho was very good and the grilled chicken roll was too. Number 25 grilled pork was really good flavor, grilled nicely and not overcooked.
The environment at lunch had no music, for dinner they had some light classic rock playing quietly.
Each course was better than the last.
