My wife is southeast asian and we eat A LOT of pho. We know Charlotte has lots of good Vietnamese food but we think Pho Ngon stands out as the best bowl of pho in town. Definitely worth a try. Friendly and hardworking staff as well!
My new favorite place!!! Every part of my visit was excellent!! The pho is fabulous the broth was so flavorful and authentic , the short ribs sent me over the edge… Chefs Kiss !!! Tell Samantha Desiree sent you 🥰 she’s super sweet!!!
The pho broth is sooo flavorful!!! I had a side of short ribs that were A1 as well. They were grilled tender with the perfect sweet bbq and secret ingredients the chef would not share. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. The owner was very welcoming and friendly. Ohhh get the passion fruit juice! Thank me later 😉
