Best viet in CLT. It's a hole in the wall place with authentic viet food like grandma used to make. It's hands down the best in clt for bun bo hue and bun rieu! Homemade nem nuong and cha lua are delicious as well!

I’ve been to lang van many times but this place beats out their pho 10 folds!! So fresh and they have customizable portions, small, medium, and large bowls.
My partner got the stew bowl which was also a 10/10. It’s like if pho and pot roast had a baby and idk how to explain how warm and fuzzy it made us feel when we ate it.
The sides were great too, I’d recommend...

Not much of a Google reviewer. But just know, their food is delicious. Tastes home cooked, and made with ancestral ways. Not viet, I’m Korean, but best believe the amount of API folks in here speaks for itself. Got the veggie Pho and tofu rolls with jasmine tea.
