I have tried pho and bun Bo hue in many restaurants in Charlotte and this place is hands down my favorite. The broth and flavor is soooo authentic. The portion is very generous and there is generous portion of variety of meat in both the pho and bun Bo hue. I have never had to wait long to be served. I’ll always come here for a good bowl.
I went here while visiting my elderly uncle in Charlotte. The bun no hue was superb--I am still craving it from Philly. The broth was simple, homemade and flavorful. The various meats were NICE quality cuts. If I lived nearby, I eat here twice a week. Chef's kiss!
Really tasty, local, authentic Vietnamese restaurant. I had Cahn Chua, a clear broth soup with vegetables, little bit of pineapple, and tamarind to add a little zesty flavor. So good!
Vegetarian options: Next time I'd like to also try the spicy lemongrass tofu. I'll bet it's very tasty, too!
