I got the gyoza, spring rolls and Pho. It was ok, the service VERY rushed and the flavor was kind of lacking. Good place for a quick bowl but wouldn’t recommend as a good sit down restaurant

Honestly, I went there because I saw all of the great reviews, but it wasn’t so great. It was just some noodles and very thin small few little pieces of meat and the price was so expensive. It was $80 for two for some soup with the Ramen noodles in it and little thin tiny pieces of meat. Please guys don’t go here you will be very disappointed. We should’ve just went to the Chinese buffet. We would’ve spent $40 for two and ate this little soup with sushi, meat seafood and so much more. I will never be Back. This is a scam.

I’m not a foodie influencer, but I love vietnamese food. i don’t eat meat so knowing a place has a vegan option is always great. I used to go here all the time when it was Vietnam Grille, I didn’t realize they reopened under a new name until last month. The staff is so passionate, their vegan options have so much flavor and I can’t think of another place in Charlotte where every vegetable is so fresh. The waiter took the time to explain their meat substitute is made in house, that’s so cool! 100% underrated and one of my favorite places and I’m not normally someone to leave reviews

Had a wonderful solo dinner here this evening. I've been traveling in the south for months and I've been missing Pho. The broth was wonderful, and just the retreat from the cold, icy weather that I desperately needed. I can't say enough good things about the service here. My green tea was served piping hot and the flavor developed wonderfully as I enjoyed my meal. Truly one of those moments when I felt time stood still for me to experience this meal fully. Will return when I'm in town again!

Great small business pho spot, the summer roll was great so was the pho , glad I skipped the meat ball and tendon this time I just had the filet and brisket which made the pho better , their chili oil was great as well.
The bun bo hue is hella expensive - the most I’ve ever paid, more expensive than anything in California, Texas or Florida! But… it’s pretty dang delicious so probs the restaurant but a big boo to inflation.
