Quality of food was average at best and has gotten worse since this place first opened. Customer service was rough as the staff seemed uninterested in being there and just threw my order together without even asking what I wanted on it.

Today 11/5/25 has been by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Me and my coworker went to piada at the JM KEYES location. He spoke to everyone and no one said a word. So he proceeded to order his food and paid. I told the chef/ manager AMANDA what I wanted she proceeded to make it and realized there wasn’t any chicken and said i would have to wait on chicken, i said ok no problem. She told the girl putting the toppings into the bowl that she was waiting on grilled chicken. So she made the bowl and sat it by the register and informed the cashier MADISON that i was waiting on chicken. A few seconds passed and MADISON proceeded to take the top of my bowl with her BARE HANDS and scrape, scavenge and pick through my bowl using the lid to search for grilled chicken that 2 other employees told her that they were waiting on.
I asked “is that my bowl?” And she said “yes”. I asked her “why would you do that? That’s nasty and unsanitary”. I asked for my card back because i had a free bowl. Please pull video footage of this interaction. It is highly unacceptable! I’ve been coming here for 2 1/2 years and have never received this treatment!! I’m not sure if these are new employees but the old ones were more friendly and considerate!

The food is amazing here. We did have a small incident where we did not get what we ordered. My husband called and spoke to the Chef and he told us he would correct it. And they did just that…I love when people/business can stand on integrity and honesty. Thanks guys so much. You all are truly amazing.

Delicious tasty Italian food with clean fresh ingredients, we went twice and we were so happy with food and the staff are so friendly and welcoming! The plus as well that the location is very clean.
We ordered the carbonara and the basil pasta and the salad was really fresh! Thank you!

Another great meal at the Cotswold Piada! The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The salad was fresh and the portion size was good. They also have some of the best calamari in the area. A must try place!
