Piada Italian Street Food

I placed an order online and wanted to add extra things to my order and was not able to do that. I called the restaurant and spoke with a manager by the name of Alex and the experience I had was very successful, he took my order into consideration and applied everything I wanted to add with no additional charges. The staff has great customer service and always makes a way to take care your ordering needs with a positive attitude. When a restaurant excels in both food and service, it creates a dining experience that people want to return to and recommend to others. I would recommend this place to everyone that wants to try different foods with positive results.

I thought I reviewed this place when it first opened.... Guess not.
Listen to me.... Just listen.....
IF YOU ARE HUNGRY, YOU WILL LITERALLY BE SATISFIED HERE.
Let me tell you, we were really hungry, hadn't eaten since breakfast and driving 3 hours in the evening.... Saw the Piada sign and said....you know what?
Listen up, I'm going to tell you what I ordered and you will be happy, I promise. Don't argue with me, it's amazing.

BYOP: fried chicken, mixed greens, cheese, tomatoes, broccoli..... Did I lose you yet?....sweet potato, feta cheese, garlic parmesan sauce, and spicy ranch..... They had to double wrap it.

OMG. I ate this thing, I didn't realize I had gotten a drink or a pocket piada (side item) until AFTER I ate the entire thing.

I enjoy coming here for dinner . Makes mom life easier with the variety on the menu . Thank you Sharee , Kevin , Emily and Eric for always giving me amazing service . I’m a very what some call picky eater and it’s never a problem for them . Great team . Work together and every customer is greeted .

Been coming for a while, but tonight the service and food was not acceptable. Very simple take out order that I brought back to my place, two piadas and a soup and salad.

This was what I got for ordering the lobster bisque. I'm not expecting top notch sides, but the portion and quality of this is insulting. I don't know who served this up and thought "yeah that's acceptable".

Great food the atmosphere was very welcoming.
When I walked in I was greeted immediately and the staff help me create the most delicious what they call a piada gotta say 10/10 highly recommended
