Had a Snowbird IPA (Belgian Yeast) today and it was pretty amazing. Such a hard style and profile to pull off. When it happens, it’s incredible. The bitterness of the hops get balanced by the fruity yeast, balanced by these fruity smells. Cali-Belgique is a trailblazer and Flying Dog may make the best (love Raging). We had a FANTASTIC experience here! We reserved part of the indoor space for a baby shower and they were incredibly communicative and friendly, had very understanding and reasonable rules about bringing decorations in, and had a wide variety of good quality drinks. Definitely recommend them either for a casual drink or a small gathering with friends.
What a gem this place is. Dana was awesome to have met and she was so personable. My wife and I really enjoyed this brewery and even got their colab with Burial beer. Give them a visit, guaranteed you'll love this place.
