This is hands down our favorite place. The coffee rubbed steak is amazing, as are the fajitas. Guac, queso and those chips are to die for. I love the service and location. Live music and pretty decor. It gives you the ocean feel but in the middle of Charlotte!

I went and picked up the free food they were giving out, because of the virus. I enjoyed the BBQ chicken wings and chips and salsa.I plan on visiting again when they reopen.GOD bless the staff.

Food is good but ownership is terrible. Called about take out and the number apparently went to a personal cell. Answered with "what do you want" instead of hello. When asking a question I was told they weren't at the restaurant and would have to call back. Then when asking if they were working with GrubHub, UberEats, or DoorDash they said maybe. Very rude service. The decent food is definitely not worth it for me.

This place feels like they spent all their money on the decor so they just hired whoever would work there and bought the cheapest ingredients for food. The staff was extremely rude, (we were literally the only ones in there besides one other couple!) they were acting like we did them a disservice just by being there. Don't get me started on the food. Everyone's stomachs hurt right after we left. Didn't see any management there, just a couple young kids running the place. Overall a very interesting experience and not the good kind...

This place was just meh. The online menu looked tasty but the execution was just bland. The watermelon jalapeno margarita sounded great but it was more jalapeno than anything--couldn't taste the watermelon at all. I had the mixed grill kabobs. The portion was generous and somewhat tasty but a little too dry and bland for me--it needed a sauce or something. I asked for salsa which made it a little better. The service was excellent but the food was just lacking. I might have ordered the wrong thing but I doubt I'll be back for a second go.

The food was tasty and the drinks good. We may have arrived after the Saturday lunch rush, due to our initial greeting and the cleaning that ensued 20 minutes in. A curious loud banging from the kitchen, not thoroughly explained, was uncomfortable. I would like to go again during happy hour or at night to see if I like it better
Food was good and the service was the same, however the drinks WERE NOT, we ordered margaritas and after taking the ice out we were left with a fourth of liquid that was so heavy with sour mix i couldn't drink it. If your going to charge 30$ !! for a pitcher, give customers 30 dollars worth of drinks.

Pink Cactus was ok, I wasn't super impressed however they fries were my favorite. If I could go back for anything it would be the fries only. Everything else wasn't that good even the service. One of the servers had on a very revealing top and I didn't think the restaurant was that type of establishment. I was surprised they allowed her to work around food like that. The only food that I truly enjoyed that I purchased at the pink cactus was the fries. They were really good and something I would order again. Only because I've been thinking about them since I went there lol. But overall just the atmosphere the food and the vibe of Pink cactus I wasn't impressed at all. I was really excited when I heard about this place via social media. But after being there, seeing it, trying the food, and checking out the decor I was not impressed.

The burgers were awesome!!! The service was great also just one thing that was an issue. The fries were not good and soaked in grease. Sent them back 3 times. First time they were entirely to hard and next two times it was to oily. Like that had just been back there siting in the oil. The cook came out and genuinely seemed as if he wanted to make it better but since the fries didn't get better...
