I’ve been enjoying Pio Pio over 10 years, Ballentyne, Blake ey and uptown. The food is always fresh and delicious but the waitress was not trying to give me extra green sauce, I purchased 4 Red snapper meals with appetizers and desserts, she was looking very angry and frustrated with me just asking for 2 extra green sauce totaling 1.50$ and I spent over 200$ with tip , a to go order . Sad , I ordered dessert separately.

Food is good, but come on!!! 😒 If people order take out means either, their taking it home or their eating during lunch time at work!!! People don’t carry utensils with them every where they go!! I also expect if I am ordering takeout you guys provide utensils. Since I expect that I don’t check the bag, especially with a big order! This is every time people order from here, no utensil is provided no napkins! You guys don’t for get to include TIP in every order, so start including utensils in your orders, please!! 😒

First timers and let me just say, A1 experience. We had the red snapper with Spanish rice and bean perfectly seasoned, tender and moist. We also had the Pio Chicken, excellent!!! Drinks were fruity and strong. We will be returning. Staff was friendly, service was excellent

Best chicken ever. Delicious fresh food. The fried plantains were perfect. The red beans from scratch were amazing. This place is a hidden gem. The fusion menu selection intriguing. The atmosphere is very happy and friendly. Our service was attentive and very cordial. We had the sangria chicken tostones rice beans and fried plantains along with fried yuca, or Casave. The green sauce is spicy. The white sauce is garlicky and complements any dish.
