i ordered a stuffed crust meat lovers and it was actually amazing nicely melted few dudes just doing their jobs and chilling and fast service really recommend idk why it has 3.0 reviews

The food was great, however they forgot my drinks and when I called (multiple times) to ask for a credit back, nobody would pick up the phone. I kept getting transferred to a call center and then back to the store, which never picked up.
I’m so hungry and disappointed. I waited for over an hour for my delivery for it to be wrong. I ordered to large pizza with extra sauce and they sent me 2 large pizzas with no sauce. The directions were clearly on the receipt. When I called the store to speak to any employee they kept picking up the phone stating this is the call center and we will transfer you to the store. I never was able to speak with someone to resolve this issue. Im hungry and highly upset. The pizza was horrible. So much for the Iconic check!!!
Not entirely what I expected from Pizza Hut. The place was dirty, I walked out smelling like frying oil, the rap music over the speakers was egregious and explicit and they were missing inventory so they didn’t have any paper plates. Positives were, the girl taking my order was nice and the pizza was good.

Absolutely awful customer service walk at 122pm oct 3rd as I go in the building. No one meets or greet you. Manager is on the phone with the district manager because the computers do not work right she is yelling through the store and in the front while me and other customers are waiting at the front counter! I asked to add a soda to my order that was on a promo deal from the website and was told that there is no promo deal. The price is what the price is. This is what it is. I said we can look online. I can show you the deal on the website and it comes up on the printed receipt but because you added the soda it made the price almost 28$ then I insist on just ringing me out on the pizza that I ordered on the promo deal and then somehow I ended up paying $24.10 which I didn’t notice until I was cashing out and put my card Still, I ask Are we all set? She said you have to pay for the soda still. All of this is happening while she’s on the phone with the district manager because she’s having problems with the computer system from yesterday Mind you, she is loud and upset already because of the situations going on so I ask for a refund it’s been almost ten min trying to explain a soda is not 8$ extra she said the soda is I showed the pizza it website price she said that does not reflect the store price and she proceeds to say I have to have an attitude to her district manager and he’s on speaker phone he’s enabling her actions right there on speaker phone so I get my refund and walk out and they are still talking about me right there as I leave, when she doesn’t even understand that a $15.99 meal going up to $28 because I added a 2 L of Mountain Made no sense to her and that the store price is what it is and that I was wrong and lying about the online price when she printed a receipt originally for $17 total all I wanted to do was add a 2 L of soda

Go to dominoes i tried the hurt for the first time in years and i see why definitely not worth the price at all dry bland food and took a hr to even get the pizza just go anywhere else atp

This store is beyond disgusting as are most places in charlotte so honestly I don’t know why I’m surprised, there’s bugs crawling everywhere on top of the floor being flooded, you walk in to a mildew smell and just stench that should not be in a restaurant. The employees are equally as disgusting, the smell of body odor and mildew is what you walk into, on top of the fact they are never in uniform, they are disrespectful and unwelcoming as if we are bothers to them. I was helped by a manager named Sasha, the only person in there that seemed to have an inch of an idea of how to do their job, if you don’t want to work there….leave, no one should suffer at the expense of y’all’s misery. Something needs to be done about this location asap, the health inspector, the district manager hell the cops all need to be called.

If i could give 0/5 star i would've. Whoever is over this store deserves to get fired. There is a manager there named Sasha and she's always there by herself. It seems that they don't know how to schedule workers or keep help or something. This store is a mess. I can tell the Sasha girl is trying her best but it's only so much one person can do. They need to either close this place down or need a complete revamp .

Save yourselves hours of waiting for a pizza that will never be prepared, and try literally anyone else. Have tried twice this weekend to get a pizza, status sits there waiting, and when we call the store, we're hung up on over and over. First time our pizza order was randomly cancelled (no worries, another pizza place got us a pizza very quickly). Second time, we finally got someone on the phone after the fourth try, pizza was still almost 30 minutes late. Terrible service, very disappointed.

Pizza was average. Accidentally ordered bone-in wings instead of boneless: huge mistake. Last three were pink in the middle and went into the trashcan. Tough to stomach in more ways than one given how much this places charges for six. Would not recommend the wings at this location.
