We ordered our food at 7 had to call at 9 to find out they were closed and our order was not done. Clearly I went ape, he/she hung up. But they took my money on site! No delivery happened, no notice, and no food. Unacceptable customer service. Unacceptable communication. Will never ever order here again. Piss poor service

Sadly this particular store is in decline. I called in my order today, apparently they're now using a third party go between dispatcher who was a Latino woman who barely spoke English. I struggled to understand her due to her incoherent use of the English language, but I patiently braved through it to complete my order. Once I got to the store however, to my surprise it was closed. This was on a Friday with the front door sign visibly saying their hours were from 11am to 9pm. I got there at 12pm, door locked, light off, nobody there!

My order was 100% correct, hot, delicious and attractively packaged. My cashier even ensured that I had received all of the sauces that I had ordered. Another employee also held the door open for me coming in as well as when I was leaving. I was extremely pleased with this experience, and cannot wait to order from this restaurant again. Please commend your staff because my experience was great from when I entered to when I opened and enjoyed the pizza at home!

The cashier was very nice and attentive but the food took a very long time. The food itself was mediocre. The pizza we ordered had very few toppings and the cinnamon sticks were completely coated in sauce. The cheese sticks were too die for.
Parking: The parking lot is very spacious with disability accessible parking as well.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get up to the shopping center where the pizza hut is located.

Ordered online and had issues with the website. After several attempts got the order through. When the food was delivered 2 pasta bowls were missing. Attempted to reach the local store and was on hold over an hour and the call still was not answered. Tried to contact customer service via the website while on hold and couldn’t complete communication because the messages were very delayed in sending.
I ordered a pizza with pepperoni, mushroom, and onion. When I got the pizza home, there were absolutely no Mushrooms. Tried to call and was on hold forever and finally hung up. Honestly, I think the frozen pizzas we buy at the grocery store are better than what I got from Pizza Hut tonight. In addition to having no mushrooms, there was very little sauce and a tiny amount of onion sprinkled on top, perhaps two pieces of onion per slice. Not good at all.

Im going to give this feedback exclusively for Tommy, the guy who makes the pizzas. While I was waiting for my pizza, I was looking Tommy working. He was very organized and always taking care of his area. He was cleaning his space constantly, changing gloves and wearing a mask. This young guy deserves a 5 star feedback. I asked to talk to him. When he left his space, he made sure that he protected the food and didn’t leave anything exposed. He didn’t even know why I wanted to talk to him. People like him deserves to be recognized, deserves an opportunity. I hope he will have a chance for other opportunities at Pizza Hut. Tommy, I hope you will see this feedback and again, you should be proud of yourself!!!
