I don't mind waiting but I want updates instead of an unknown amount of timr waiting from the delivery time. Would also be nice if they actually answered the phone. Know that if you call, you will automatically be transfered to an out of country call center. Then, they transfer you to the store that never answers the phone. Awful service and I'm still waiting on my pizza.

Placed an order for pickup & came to get it an hour later. The employee at the register informed me that they cancelled my order without notifying me because they were “short-staffed” and somehow ran out of dough? We were charged $30 for our order but the receipt she had with my name & number didn’t match what I ordered & was $5 cheaper than what I ordered. She informed me that the money would be refunded to my card but didn’t say when. She couldn’t give me an order cancelation confirmation & only allowed me to take a photo of the receipt she had for me - which again, was not the correct one. Infuriating that they can cancel our order without notice and not even offer a compensation for the MASSIVE inconvenience.

If you come here and have a terrible experience after reading this review, YOU DESERVE IT! Don't say I didn't warn you. To Yum! Brands, Pizza Hut, and whomever owns this location...your employees here are monstrously horrible. I thought the local CookOut restaurants had bad employees, but they look like angels in comparison. And I look to find the good in anyone. There's just none to find here.
The cashier treated me terribly for genuinely no apparent reason, and was even more rude at me for trying to engage in positive communication with her. Then while waiting for my order, two more gas came in and she was even more rude to them. Even turning her back to a customer that was speaking to her to place an order. Then when placing her order she was very rude to her the entire time. Speaking to her in a very aggressive tone as well as yelling at her at certain points and the customer was very nice the entire time. I've provided some video of this interaction.

I ORDERED TWO PIZZAS AND 18 WINGS WITH HOT BUFFALO SAUCE. I SENT A BROTHER WHO IS NOT VERY FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND THEY GAVE HIM ONLY 9 WINGS WITH HONEY BARBECUE TO WHAT I PAID 55 DOLLARS FOR. FIRST OF ALL IM AFRICAN I DONT KNOW NO SWEETS. AND I ASKED THEM TO PUT EXTRA SAUCE AND IT WAS THE DRYEST PIZZA EVER. I ordered cheesesticks. I realized they didn't fill my marinara sauce and asked for a full one. It was 1/4 full. They said that's all they give now and I have to pay for more sauce. It wasn't even half filled. I definitely won't be going back.

Awful experience with customer service. I waited over 30 minutes for them to tell me my order wasn’t ready. I had hectic day all I wanted was pizza for my kiddos after huge victory of a soccer match. Never again! I don’t want to be impolite there’s a young man there very feminine besides the point very mouthy and unprofessional. I got a hold of cooperate. The environment itself I felt unease and almost A anxiety attack due to the poor service. Count your days!

Pizza Hut is NOT what it used to be. I waited 30 past the time my pizza was supposed to be ready! The employees behaved as if I was offending them by mentioning that my order was past time!! Not one person apologized at all!! When I asked for a refund one employee stated she would give me a store credit I had to wait an additional 10 minutes just to receive said credit!! They did everything but provided professional service. I will never order again from this location and most importantly Pizza Hut!! Hire better people!! Look at the camera!! My order was place on 8/11/2025 at 9:52. I didn’t leave the restaurant until 10:52!!!!! Everyone working that night should be ashamed.
