If I could give negative stars I would. Literally the worst service and food I have ever received from a Pizza Hut. Burnt bread sticks, burnt and dry boneless wing! The pizza was all dough and hardly any toppings! My order was set to be ready at 8:50 I arrived a few minutes late only to wait 10 minutes for a rude cashier to bark my order total. Just awful. Extremely disappointed. Horrible :( ruined my niece’s sleepover.

Ordered through the app with delivery 2 times and didn’t receive all items ordered, called the store 4 times and they still didn’t answer!! So this means I didn’t get my food and I couldn’t get a refund not happy at all!!!

Service and the quality of the product has really improved recently. The service is great and if they don't have a driver available they use DoorDash. The deliveries have always arrived quickly and the stores I send orders too are very happy with the product and quality.
I have ordered from this store twice now and it will be my last time. The service was HORRIFIC, the employees were rude and this was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever personally experienced in a restaurant. I placed an order online, waited 30 minutes longer than what I was told, the pizza box was covered in sticky bbq sauce, and I had to warm up everything when I got home. A crowed lobby room full of 10+ customers was being ignored by staff, causing multiple people to leave without ordering. There is obviously signs of no leadership, accountability, nor organizational structure here and that’s truly sad…Sincerely, a lost customer.

Only one person working and she looked right at me and continued talking on her iPhone to her friend. This lady was using horrible language as she discussed some girl she was planning to beat up. All the while, she refused to come to the counter even though my pizza was ready and waiting. Avoid this place, such a horrid atmosphere.

When I visited, there were only 2 people working who were constantly yapping about personal drama. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and got a cheese pizza that was severely under cooked. Like how do you even mess that up? I ordered online 20 minutes early and still had to wait an hour for 1 pizza when I came to pick up. Do not eat here if you value your time and money. There is a reason why Dominoes is the leading fast food pizza franchise.

Waited inside for 15 minutes before I overheard the cashier say the oven wasn’t working and he was heating the other one. Didn’t even tell the customers waiting. Then he got mad when I said I couldn’t wait 10 more minutes. Travel further if you have to but avoid this location

InAsim tying this I'm on hold. My child answered the door and got an order of 1 PC bone out mid wings, as you all can see I ordered $60 worth of food and received 8 boneless wings. This is unacceptable. I've been on hold for over 1 hour and still holding. It's Halloween so of course we need to order from another restaurant( BIG INCONVENIENCE)

Went to get a pizza last night for a pizza party and look how they cut my pizza! Some very large pieces and some very small. Plus I ordered HALF pepperoni and they gave me a FULL pepperoni. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! I will be calling corporate because I’m tired of lazy workers. How hard is it to read an order and make a pizza and cut it the right way? A 5 year old could do it
