Hire managers that show concern for the customer. Matthew had no interest in my complaint. Who as a professional does this? He felt as if the "problem" was solved because he refunded money. He stated that fact several times. Really? Not the fact that the order was placed around 5- 5:30 and when a call was made to inquire, we were told the product we ordered was unavailable and the order was "canceled" when they
