Pizza Hut

Leaving a review simply because anytime i come in the staff is pleasant. This location seems to get pretty busy. I notice that when i walk in, I’m greeted and they aren’t just talking amongst themselves. My food is always fresh and the order is accurate. For this reason, i thought it deserved a review.

They didn’t bother even cut the darn pizza right, called the store and younger talking about she’s the manager which I know good darn she’s not. So ghetto!

Male with chain and no uniform at counter was clueless about orders. Had women in the kitchen doing everything whom were not wearing hair up around food. Never going back to this location.

My father went to this Pizza Hut location because his uber eats driver told him that they cancelled the order. He had to go himself to the building and wait for the food. After about fifteen minutes of waiting he got very impatient and told the owner about it. The owner responded to him by saying lets take this outside and continues arguing. He later then returns back inside the store and locks my dad outside of it. My dad still has not gotten any form of refund for his food and he was not given his food at all. Now that I’m looking at other reviews this is not the only mistreatment that has happened. Terrible service.

Highly recommend. Best Pizza Hut I have ever been to. The employees are amazing. Deasia, Destine, and toni were very hospitable. I will definitely be returning!

This store is absolutely the slowest Pizza Hut I've ever been too. Orders NEVER come out on time and the guys that work there don't know what they're doing. Sanitation score is super low, would not advise eating from here. I am a former Store Manager for pizza hut and I was cringing the entire time I was waiting for my dasher delivery. Please hear when I say DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!! For clarification, this is the Prosperity Church store.

My wife and I ordered the supreme deep dish pizza with everything on it and the pizza was really good. I think they were a little light on the cheese but buying large a very good experience and not really expensive either.

I ordered and paid online, when I went to pick up my order I noticed the food sanitation grade. Since I had already paid I still decided to take the food. I believe I now have food poisoning as I have been sick since I consumed the food!

I order more than hour ahead of time but when I come to pick it up they said my order was cancelled.
The next week I order super supreme pan pizza I got half super supreme and the other half was something else cheese pizza. This is the worst pizza order I got in my life in more than 40 years in Charlotte.
