Pizza Hut

The amount of toppings were to my liking. I like a bit more extra sauce on my pizza & that was acknowledged on the order. Much appreciated because sometimes it is ignored/overlooked on my order; probably just depends on the cook.

the dumbest people alive work here…waited 15 minutes past when they told me my delivery pickup would be ready, even though they said “it’ll be done in a few” then after waiting 15 mins i ask the young male worker when it’ll be ready to which he informs me that i need to cancel the order because they made the wrong one…so i guess he was planning on never telling me this and just letting me wait for another 15 minutes while they remade the entire order. an absolute joke

no communication. the workers act like they can’t speak. it’s ridiculous. the back was filthy too. 12/13/25 around 5:20pm.

I'm having the same experience as Allison. Standing in this store 8 to 10 minutes, no acknowledging me or the other customers in this small store. There is no one. I mean no one at the counter. Workers not wearing hair nets, they look at you and say nothing! One of the worst experiences at a pizza hut. Never coming back here again

I placed an online order and attempted to pick up. I stood at the front counter for several minutes and 4 people continued working and no one acknowledged me. I left and came back about 10 min later. A man came to the front, called someone else’s order but never acknowledged me or the line forming. He Never allowed me to speak to him to tell him I was here to pick up my food. Even a lady came to the front, saw me but never allowed me to tell her I was here to pick up my order. They just look at you as if you are invisible.

Good thing I selected “pay at store” at the time of check out online. It was so frustrating to just stand there and be completely ignored and not even able to pick up our order not once but twice while multiple people worked in the back.

Just cut your losses and order pizza from somewhere else where they can actually see you and speak to you when you enter.

We never got our order and won’t be back.

I haven’t had Pizza Hut in a long time, but I will say that I made an order for there breadsticks and it did not disappoint. The bread was cooked on the spot so it was very crispy and the seasoning made the overall flavor really strong. I can’t say much about service because I placed an online order but I’d say that these breadsticks are better than Olive Garden or Texas Roadhouse. The location is clean for what it is too and nearby so the distance is not far.

Pizza was over 20 minutes late for the soccer team's end-of-season celebration. I had placed the order hours beforehand and am pretty disappointed in how late it was.

I tried this location for the first time and it was absolutely terrible. I ordered the new $5 flat and for some reason they must have used normal dough because it was huge and I'm not kidding when I say 90% of the dough was VERY raw. To the point I had to throw the whole thing away. I've had this item at another location and it's a lot smaller, crispy, and perfectly cooked. The staff must not be trained because this was the WORST pizza I've ever had.

Horrible experience. The Pizza Huts in our area are complete garbage. We ordered melts and we only got half our order. How in the world can this happen when you get an order that says 5, you don't deliver 3 but charge for 5. This is theft and fraud. How can you not count to FIVE? Absolutely absurd. Someone needs to look at how they hand out franchises and how they are managed because this is absurd! We tried to order again from a different Pizza Hut and it was EVEN WORSE. 90% of the order was incorrect, cold, and the driver delivered it in 8 minutes so it sat around getting cold and old...stay far away from Pizza Hut at this location and the one on W.T.Harris Blvd are abysmal and extremely poorly managed.

Look at all the 1 star reviews recently, someone needs to do something.

I love Pizzahut pizza but this location always disappoints me. Some time pizza is very oily, some time pizza red sauce is very sour.

Placed an order at 8am for 11:30 pickup for my lunch break. It’s 11:38 and they haven’t started making it and only one person is working. 7 people waiting on orders in lobby.

I went here today and order a persona pan pizza. Once it was done I asked for a single packet of parmesan cheese and they asked me for $1.10. Now I know extra condiments cost, but not the first one. This is absolutely ridiculous. A single condiment should come with ALL orders, not plus an additional charge.

I was supposed to have a credit for 50$ under Minnie but never got it
