I Ordered my pizza and wings at 6:56pm and did not receive my order until after 10pm. I even gave the restaurant a call because there was no update on my order. Not only was my food almost 4hrs late, my food was cold! I am highly dissatisfied in the service!

I been waiting for my pizza for over one hour! These people don't know anything about how to keep a business running as it should be.will never order from here again.

Very disappointed!!! I waited a whole hour for my food, got my two pizzas and they were both old looking and tasted old with hardly no sauce on it. The large stuffed crust had hardly any cheese in the crust and my toppings were made wrong. I called them and spoke to the manager, they said we can bring you another one tomorrow and I was like umm no I need that tonight because I’m feeding my kids the pizza. So then they brought another one out and you can tell they made this one fresh but still hardly any sauce on the pizza. Also they made us give them the old one back, not sure why if they were just going to throw it away. The only good part of my food was the chicken wings. Will never order from Pizza Hut again.

Loud unprofessional workers using profanity, took about 40 mins to make one pizza, place did not look clean. Could not get my food I had ordered the first time because they were understaffed. I would not recommend this pizza hut.

I ordered a thin and crispy ut delivered a pan pizza that was not sliced evenly into triangles. The center of the cuts was off by 5-6 inches

Ok, so this will be the LAST time my family ever orders from any Pizza Hut on the freaking planet! Please let me explain, it first started when one location near my home that used to service our area closed. As soon as that location closed we stopped being able to order delivery. Now people might be thinking, well maybe you are in a remote location that Pizza Hut doesn't service........... I know that it may sound that way but nope, we live in matthews where there are 2 location less then 5 miles from our home. To further explain how poorly Pizza Hut has handled the one location closing , all of Pizza Huts competitors, all much further distances from my home then the Pizza Hut locations that remain WILL delivery to us! Every single competitor!!!! So I didn't give up at this point because my family likes their pizza, i can take it or leave it. So I tried to fix the issue through the Pizza Hut customer service section of the Pizza Hut website, FYI you can only communicate through a complaint page not a person, really only one option!! The first try I received one generic reply from the website, then nothing. So I tried again and I was more persistent this time, after three more try I finally received a message back. Then after two more messages to the customer service email someone from one of the local stores called me. The General Manager at the location manually entered my info so that the store would take my delivery orders going forward, and only by phone, and when I asked if this would be delivered by PIZZA HUT and not a food delivery service like Uber they said absolutely, I asked this because I can order through a food delivery service, and I don't because the pizza is ALWAYS COLD. Does this sound like a real fix to you . No app or website orders at all????? What kind of fix is that???!!!! So we tried to call in an order for the first time and they did allow us to place the order....... But that is when the Pizza Hut's fix failed. So after about 27 minutes, the exact time that I was told by Pizza Hut that my delivery order Would be received, I received a text that DoorDash NOT Pizza Hut would be completing the delivery..... once again Pizza Hut would not be delivering my order! Because of these the order took 30 minutes longer then I was told, we received our pizza and of course it was COLD. I am writing this detailed review because I want people to know how Pizza Hut the corporation and the individual location totally dropped the ball, so that other customers don't have to experience how poorly Pizza Hut treats their customers...... take this as a warning from a former customer.

I ordered two pizzas. They were fine. Reading these bad reviews like pizza was not fresh , 10 min late, guy at counter did not say hello, not passionate etc makes me wonder how entitled, rude and inconsiderate these people are. Millions every night sleep without food . Many die of hunger. These bad reviews hurt business so much . You pay $10 for a pizza but expect a customer service comparable to ritz Carlton guest . The guy at the counter has his own struggles . Do you expect an MBA from Harvard to be standing and serving you ?

I ordered curbside pickup, waited 10 minutes tried calling, was on hold another 10 minutes, went into the restaurant and they said we are not doing curbside pickup! Would have been nice to know when I was ordering. Also ordered the new Detroit pizza and it was not like described at all!

I ordered two pizzas, breadsticks, and cherry Pepsi. I was very disappointed when I got home..both pizzas was burnt, hard, dry and not edible. The breadsticks was hard and I had to substitute my cherry Pepsi for Pepsi(sold out). I despise wasting my money on food that I can't/couldn't eat due to poor quality! Understandable it was a hour before closing however you should still take pride in the quality of your food! Also when I arrived to go in I almost fell due to the chipped cement that needs to be repaired at the doorway! Like seriously that really needs to be fixed ASAP...that's an accident waiting to happen! Dissatisfied on so many levels! ☹ As you can see in the pictures I didn't make this up..this is what you present to your customers..unacceptable!
