This location is pitiful. I only ordered here because the Harrisburg location was out of every meat needed for a meat-lovers pizza. I order 3 things personal pan pizza chocolate chip cookie and chicken bacon melt. The melts full of bacon fat no bacon and very runny. It was horrible. I didn't receive my cookie it was a dry hard tasteless brownie. The personal pan was undercooked. The person working (no name badge) didn't greet me. He used facial expressions and head nods. He handed me 3 items. I requested a bag in which he handed to me. I bagged and left. I called 20 mins later to inquire about the incorrect order. I received no resolution.

This place should be shut down. One of the most filthiest places I ever walked into. There was one staff person on a Saturday. That place has not been mopped or wiped down in years. Needs to be closed for remodeling or cleaning and needs additional staff.

I don't understand what's so hard about taking an order through the phone. We called and placed an order and the guy over the phone said "okay okay." Then we called again just to double check and he got our address wrong when I had patiently spelled out everything and said it slow enough and i had to tell him again. Then he said "okay okay" and I called again to add a side of ranch and checked the address again and it wrong! Listen! What's so hard about that? I should've asked to speak to someone else that would be able to comprehend I'm saying. Waste of my time.
This place never fails to disappoint. Pizza was so impressively undercooked (on a thin crust!) that it stuck to the pizza box, and half of the pizza broke off and stayed stuck to the box. Pizza wasn't cut, I had to cut it myself. This is the worst pizza hut ive found yet. Best way to save this location is to fire all the managers and replace them with competent people.

He mentioned to me that he normally works at the Ballantyne location and that’s perfect for me considering I live in the area! So I placed an order around 10ish pm and I got here around 10:20pm. I had to wait about 5 more minutes to receive my order. The young lady at the front was very nice. No issues and the food was great. Overall good experience!
