Never ordering here again I ordered 2 2liter Pepsi and only received 4 20oz drinks which does not make up to be 2 2liters when 6 20oz drinks makes 2 2liters

Never order from this Pizza Hut just go to a different one, the last 2 times I’ve went they messed up my order and it took almost an hour over the projected time to deliver to get here. Just don’t waste your time with this one and go to a different one

I ordered an extra large pizza with a 2 liter Pepsi, gut instead they gave me a medium and a grape soda. they did mot pick up the phone when I called, and got transferred to three people that did not help me and just sent me to a survey when they claimed I would be talking to corporate. when I went to the restaurant, the manager (or whoever claimed to be that) refused to talk to me nor did he want to negotiate with me. they kept saying that they were out out the extra large pans and claimed that they no longer do extra large anymore, however customer service claimed they still serve that. they did not replace my soda, claiming they only had grape in stock. management is supposed to make sure you have enough product. I told them since it was a regular size and not an extra large to just add another on top to make up for that. they refused and kept insisting that I'm getting a refund and refused to negotiate on my order. they did not give me the right amount of change either but I was so pissed at them laughing and being disrespectful. I literally just got scammed. >:(

I ordered from this store on November 8, 2025, around 9:45 PM, and they told me my pizza would be ready in about 35 minutes. We waited until 11, and during that time we kept calling back to back but just kept getting sent to the call center. We even tried calling corporate, and one of the operators finally told us that this store doesn’t take calls and that we’d have to go in person. It’s honestly ridiculous — I never even got my pizza after waiting that long.

Placed an order at this location by mistake which i take total responsibility but ive called 5 times, been transferred to call centers a dozen times because it seems like the store cannot pick up the phone . tried to cancel my order but cannot find it in the system. work on communicating and answering the phone.

Very disappointed — this was by far the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Please consider other locations before ordering here. I don't have option to give 0 rating.

Staff had no urgency to great customer or acknowledged anyone to see if we needed to place an order or here to pick up an order. Seems like no leadership is around and the place is being ran by a group of young people, with no customer service skills. I placed an order 20 minutes before arriving to the store and it wasn't ready. The cook had not even started making the order yet. So I waited an extra 15 minutes for my order. I will not be returning to this store if I can help it.

I placed the order on 10/3 @ 7:52pm my pizza arrived at 8:40 Ish Both of my pizzas were cold. My eight piece boneless that I ordered in honey. Barbecue arrived to my house as a lemon pepper. I called the store 5 times and no one answered the phone. I was constantly redirected to the call center with no success. I placed a complaint through the Pizza Hut app and they offered me a large pizza when I paid 40 something dollars for my order . Ofc I declined. I woke up this morning called the store and someone answered told me to hold and they will put me on the phone with the supervisor but I was redirected to the call center again. This has been my worst experience with Pizza Hut , And as a previous shift manager at another location, I’m extremely disappointed.

They're not even gonna bother looking at that order ever again once it hits their screens.

Just a waste of time, go eat somewhere else. Not like it's even worth the money anymore anyway.

TRASH! Paid $50 for a Stuffed Pizza, Wings and Cinnabons. Meal was a waste. My people came back and said it was a bunch of young dudes working in there. From that point on, I knew I was going to have a bad food experience and sho'nuff it was. The 12 piece honey boneless wings were COLD and tasted old, Even though they loaded the pizza up with meats, it was luke warm to the point I had to pit it in the microwave. I didn't even eat the cinnabons. I feel like calling the CCC and disputing the charge (I think I will).
These fast food places need to start hiring people who know how to cook, instead of hiring family, friends and people they feel sorry for. Must be a wonderful life when you know you're not good at anything, even cooking frozen food. These are the only people that can turn something that's supposed to make you feel good into something you absolutely hate and feel horrible about spending your money on.
Never again, PISSED!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Placed an order (+ tip) that was never delivered. Calling the number provided only resulted in getting transferred throughout the call center instead of to the actual store. They cancelled my order without giving a reason. Says the store closes at 1am but the store was closed before 12am. Terrible.
