Gotta give it 5 stars because I was amazed at how good my pepperoni new Yorker was last night, and for just around $10. It tasted better than those expensive pizza places nearby that charge almost $30.

On the tracker it said my order was ready but when I got there it wasn’t and I had to wait another 20 minutes. Also I ordered on the website, just to be told certain items was not on the menu, so I had to pick something else out to replace it and had to wait another additional 15 minutes.

I'd rate 0 if I could. You can't call this store. Someone in India picks up and says they will transfer you to the store then transfers you to another person in the call center. It's ridiculous.

I ordered a pizza and wings for delivery. 50 minutes later I get a call from the delivery person that because he couldn’t get into my building he went to the store with my delivery. Why he didn’t call me when he was at my apartment never was answered. I ended up going to pick up my now cold food. I asked the person who identified himself as a manager if I could be reimbursed for the delivery fee since I picked up the food. The manager said he would reimburse me the whole order. He took my name and phone number and said he would call me when the amount was returned to my card. It never happened. $40.19 lost. I see why this place gets terrible ratings. Well deserved. Avoid

1st time at this location and I will definitely return. Nate was my server and he was very personable and made sure that my pizza came out to my liking. He really interacted with me as a customer and made my day. The pizza was great compliments to the cook as well.

Thank you Nate!!! When I called to ask for my wings to be crispy, you assured me they would be. In addition to being some of the best wings I’ve had! Not one lie was told! Even with me arriving later than the eta all 80 of the wings were fresh and crispy. Thank you thank you for going the extra mile!
Nate and staff are absolutely awesome literally the best customer service in the world and I will literally travel 30 mins just for this location. The entire crew cares literally top tier service. Zury, Joe and Nate are literally why I come here
