We ordered pizza at 11:10 they close at 12, we understand if it may have been too late and would have been fine if they cancelled it. We waited 45 minutes (even though it said it needed around 30 minutes) and at that point it had said it’s in the oven and is ready thinking someone would deliver it but we got no update. Called at 11:56, the robot said it was canceled after we put in the number, we waited to speak with someone, no one answered and we were never given any alerts. Worst communication EVER. I am always patient with this location because they have forgotten our items on multiple occasions , but now this is very unprofessional.

Called to place a order at lunch time first time calling I was hung up on so called back to place a order which they took the order and said it would be ready at 11:45 so I walked over to Pizza Hut and the door was locked. A gentleman came to the drivers entrance and said they were closed no help. I've been to this pizza Hut in Ballantyne several times and it seems like there is always a problem want be back.

This is by far the worst Pizza Hut in Charlotte area. Half of my large pizza was the crust. Ordered a large pizza with 3 toppings and some of the slices were missing toppings. Crazy that you can mess a pizza this bad

Crossed off list. Forgot to give half order and had to go back to pick remaining up, excuse was that the breadsticks fell in the oven and forgotten.
Pizza didn't seem fresh, nor hot. Had to wait 20 mins at the store and one employee was handling everything. Poor experience with food, customer service and wait time.
