Worst Pizza Hut I've experienced in my 70 years. We picked up a couple of cheese pizza's. I think they ran out of cheese as my pizza's had so little, it could be called nonexistant. The worker was not very friendly and didn't seem too happy to see a paying customer come through the door.None of the family, eating the pizza, enjoyed it very much. They were all disappointed that Pizza Hut would let pizza's like this, out their door. I will never get a pizza from this Pizza Hut again. Pizza Hut is usually very good, but not this one. Will not be patronizing this Pizza Hut again and would not recommend it to anyone who has expectations of getting a good pizza.

This place is terrible we ordered and two hours later we call back to see what happen and they said it was on the way when they said a one hour delivery time ...... so they "credited" us for the pizza and still told us the pizza was coming and THE PIZZA NEVER CAME ! we will be calling tomorrow for a refund and never ordering from them again ......TERRIBLE PLACE !!!!

This has become my go to place for chicken wings. they are hot, tasty and after 3 PM are half price. Much better than Dominos and others.

Wednesday 11/13 / 2019 7:45 pm place an online order for five pizzas and one order of wings at the end of the order they gave me the option to pay now on using the credit card or pay at the store cash I opted to pay at the store cash within five minutes of me completing my order and submitting it I receive a call On my phone from Pizza Hut telling me they could not start my order until they receive payment because the size of the order was too large mind you this location has all my information and I am a rewards member online hesitant I go ahead and make the payment over the phone using my credit card I'm told to wait 15 minutes for my order should be ready by the time I get there not a problem I go to the store no cars in the parking lot other than my own we go in and our order is not quite ready yet but is up with in five minutes in the meantime a customers come in behind us I asked the representative if I could get ranch as my dip to go with my wings she said that'll be another $.75 mind you I have already paid for my food my credit card was left at home this was a $48 order I asked does the sauce not come with your wings very rudely I am told that yes sauce does come on the wings and you chose buffalo mild sauce she knew that's not what I meant I replied I got some at home I bit my tongue I went home dropped off the food to my kids could eat grab my card And went to Food Lion to grab some ranch by the time I got back not only was my chicken wings cold but so was my pizza I contacted Pizza Hut and the only thing they can concentrate on is The cost of the wings sauce Not the rudeness or the lack of customer service they didn't give an excuse for her rudeness stating that they were busy again when I got there there were no cars in the parking lot and there was only one customer behind me Looking at the grades from all the other locations in the Charlotte area Pizza Hut owners Adt pizza could care less about their customers

I live about 5 to 8 minutes from this location. I ordered at 8:04 pm and said it would take 40 minutes to deliver. I got a text message around 8:54 pm that it was out for delivery. It got to my door at exactly 9:45 and my food arrives cold. I called the restaurant and they didn't care. They said since it was out for delivery over an hour ago you could have just said it was delivered later and left it out so it would get cold. I was ok thank you for your time. If rather not deal with people like that. Please don't order from here

Called to place an order for 1 big box. fairly simple. it was scheduled for delivery 55-65 mins. its probably about 10 mins away from our home. at the 1.5 hr mark i called, they told me it was out for delivery. at the 2 hr mark i called still out for delivery, but should be there any minute. at 2 hr 20min it had arrived, cold & wrong. The initial option the manager gave me was to do a $20 credit to our next order, then said she would send out 2 new fresh pizzas, it took almost 2.5 hrs for the 1st ones. NO THANKS!! I told her i didn't plan on coming back in for a next order, i wanted a refund!
