Absolutely terrible experience. I placed an online order and waited an hour and 30 minutes for it to be delivered. I called to inquire about the order and was left on hold for over 30 minutes. I will NEVER order from this location again.

The pizza delivery guy sat in 1 spot for 40 minutes and I ordered 2 pizzas he delivered one and I keep calling but they saying they are closed now but they answered the phone 15 ago . So the delivery guy ate 1 of our pizzas and he’s saying that the people only gave him 1 pizza yes he ate it that’s why he sat in one spot .

I’ve been calling this store for three days!!!!! No answer at all!!!! My order was incorrect and I was missing items!!!!! The pizzas I did receive was just thrown together overly sauce and little topping. The whole topping to sauce ratio was off!!!! Very unacceptable!!!! But for me to have to keep calling and no answer is ridiculous!!! Very bad business management!!!!!

I ordered a delivery and it has been over 2 hours with no delivery. It does not show on the website that it has even been picked up. I call the store and NOBODY ANSWERS!!!!! I am working and do not have time to go to the store WHICH IS WHY I ORDERED DELIVERY. this is so inconvenient and unorganized.

I've been ordering here the past 4 months. Large pizza and it's always perfect. Can't remember the lady's name but the manager Steve has always been great with my order even sending an employee to my car with it. Great staff group, very clean location. Thanks for all my tired and lazy I don't feel like cooking nights:)

My experience was horrible customer service 0 the staff is rude employee watched me walk in no greeting she stared at me like I was bothering her she made me wait 25 minutes on top of 15 minutes it sat there before I arrived a young man employee was sitting in waiting area on the phone still no one approached to take my payment for my online order make matters worse when I got home which is 3 minutes away my pizza was disgusting and and cold my wings were also the wrong flavor which is crazy because it clearly read buffalo mild and they were bbq and cold also I called the store 15 times to get my food corrected the young man answered and hung up then I kept repeating calling they wouldn’t answer kept getting sent to Pizza Hut representative 15 times. The way they treat customers is awful I’ve never experienced such disrespect and neglect like this before they lost me as a customer at this location and I wouldn’t recommend anyone there.

I tried Placing an order online, and the website kept loading, then refreshing. I called the store to see if my order ever went through and they wouldn’t say anything just transfer me, to who? Idk, because whoever they transferred me to ALSO transferred me. Finally, I called again and just decided to place an order for delivery. The deal we wanted was apparently an online order only. I asked if they could honor it because the website was not working. They said no and wouldn’t offer anything. Fine, I decided to still place an order. I’m discussing with my sister while placing the order and confirming we have enough food. Whoever I was on the phone with just hung up on me and didn’t say anything. Just hung up. I wasted over 40 mins trying to place an order between the website not working and talking to this store. I would not recommend after their treatment.

Terrible experience. Worst pizza and customer service. I ordered a chicken pizza through Uber Eats for pickup, but when I arrived at the store, they told me they were out of chicken. They offered to make a vegetable pizza instead, which turned out to be just jalapeños and banana peppers with a sour, smelly sauce. It tasted awful—almost made me sick. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend anyone to visit this store.

Ordered from there last Friday May 2nd and spent 60 bucks for me to go pick up item and the store wasn't even open. Checked everyday since and they still not open and they still have my money. Called the corporate line and they said they can't help. What kind of big corporation can't help with refunding of money? Even though it may be a franchise, corporate still has dealings in it, which allows it to operate with the name so don't give me that bs! I need my money!!!

Never order from this Pizza Hut ever. I’m not sure how they even are allowed to stay open. Ordered on the app and after 3 hours my order got cancelled and still fighting for the refund. It’s impossible to get someone on the phone, when you call it says they’re “offline”. This one pizza hut makes me want to never get it again, if I ever do they it damn sure won’t be from here smh

I placed my delivery order at 8pm with the Pizza Hut on Sunset Road. The estimated Delivery time was a little after 10pm. The Door Dasher called to inform me that the store was closed about 10:30pm. I called the store and the recording said they were closed then disconnected. The website showed they were supposed to be open until 1am. In essence, they took my money and closed the store. I reached out to Customer Service who stated they cannot process refunds but will send a request to a team member who will contact me in 3 days. This is ridiculous, Pizza Hut. Is this really the best you can do.... Closed before 10:30pm on a Friday, take people's money, not give them what they paid for, then make them wait days to see if their money will be refunded.
