On 11/24/24 8-9 pm the employee needs a bonus for being a ONE MAN BAND and courteous and let the people no about there order now for thos that order 3rd party if u have a issue contact 3rd party first dont roll up to a store 3 deep with ur 2 muscle just cuz u wanted a refund when you ordered 3rd party and not to the store directly and assume that the employee was refusing u a refund

Placed an order at 715PM for delivery from this location via Pizzahut.com, delivery was supposed to be between 800-815PM. I received the confirmation email and card was charged $65.00(included driver's tip). At 838PM I call them location and call was answered by a call center rep who tells me that the location is offline & proceeds to place me on hold. After being on hold for about 9 minutes an employee at the location answers very rudely and tells me that they don't have my order, nor a delivery driver and if I placed an order it had to be through DoorDash or UberEats. I explain that I placed the order directly via the website and received my order number and confirmation email. I give the employee my name and offered to give the order number, but the employee wants to be defensive and rude and then proceeds to read my exact order off but in the same sentence say he didn't get the order. As a person who has a customer facing job, I would NEVER speak to a person, but especially a paying customer in the manner that he did. Although it may not matter to the employee, franchise owner or Pizza Hut it is really disheartening that such people would be working at this location & I now see why they have a 2 star rating! Would not recommend

They take forever to make your food they half cook your food they just damn sorry I ordered two stuff crust pizzas and cinnamon sticks I got 2 pizzas that were not stuff crust and cinnamon buns I should have checked before I left because I would have got my money back. My mom lives out of state near this location and I've ordered delivery from this location twice. Both times she says the pizza is very good and they use DoorDash to delivery with links/website showing real-time delivery. I've never had any issue here. I was scared cuz of the reviews but I've been pleasantly surprised.
I ordered a pizza for delivery. When delivered, I immediately opened the box, and it looked like the pizza had been dropped and thrown back in the box. I gave it right back to the delivery driver. I contacted the Sunset Road store and asked to speak with the manager. The person who answered the phone told me the manager was busy. It was not until I stated, "As a customer, I ordered a pizza, paid for it and added a tip, and you are not going to let me speak with a Manager," that he got the manager. I spoke with Liz. She initially did not give her name and immediately had an attitude. I asked her if the employee told her my issue, and she stated they were out of dough and could give me a credit. She was very short with me and rude. I told her I didn't want a credit. She said, well I don't know what you want me to do. I informed her she was being rude and trying to rush me off the phone. I didn't want a credit. She again stated I don't know what you want me to do. I told her not to be rude and try to rush me off the phone. She then stated she was refunding my card as we spoke. Just because you say, have a good day does not negate the fact that you were rude. I told her I'm not the one in the wrong here. Her actions were unprofessional. Just because it's fast food does not give you the right to provide poor customer service, especially when it's the company that's in the wrong! Do better.

I just moved to this area, and discovered this location! I have always loved the Buffalo chicken wrap and decided to try the new combo meal. I got the hot wings and the melt. Great deal and it was delicious! So glad to have one so close to home and serves fresh hot melts?
