In Feb I placed an order on their website for delivery and the driver never dropped my order off. When reaching out to the store they directed to contact DoorDash numerous times which I did . (even though I placed my order on The Pizza Hut App) . Each time I called the store I get a rude employee who couldn’t care less about my order. The GENERAL manager is very RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL she tries her hardest into proving how I’m wrong (instead of apologizing)or keeps saying she will call back and never calls days later. When calling the store back for more information (because she’s hangs up) someone places me on hold without even answering so I can’t speak to anyone. The last employee I spoke with, sounded under the influence , called me out of my name , threatened to block my number ( the problem has been for two months now) because I’m “harassing them about a $50 order”. And told me to shove my $50 order up….. you know the rest. Then hung up. I would never recommend this store at all. If I could give 0 stars I would.

just ordered the big dinner box(which is only four items) for my employees.. i ordered the two pizza ,bread sticks and BONE IN traditional wings... but some how they managed to mess that simple order up.. I tried calling but the phone number the have on file sends you to an order agency, they had to transfer me to the location. on hold for 20 min then they hung up the phone on me. so i repeated the process and this time some one answered and asked me to hold then put me on hold again with me giving a response. by far the worst ,and most ghetto experience ive WILL NEVER I MEAN NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN... And do not recommend the location.

I absolutely love the Pizza Hut at 3720 N Tryon St. They never disappoint. The service is great (fast) & the cashiers are friendly and courteous. The manager is awesome! Please don’t change a thing. Good Customer Service is hard to find. Keep up the good work guys. You’re definitely appreciated!

I had the most wonderful experience today with a pleasant man and woman working at this location. Upon arrival, they greeted me enthusiastically and offered the best service I’ve gotten from any restaurant in quite some time. This will become my go-to pizza place moving forward if this is the service I can expect. The experience genuinely made my entire day. The food was tasty and on time, too!
Received my order from this location my food looked like it’s been touched, reached out to the store and they pretty much told me it’s nothing they can do to help accommodate me.

Molly who works here at Pizza Hut on North Tryon is such a wonderful person and has great customer service. Once I came in to order and left with it in a timely manner, this was the best experience I have ever had!!!! Please go see her and the Pizza Hut crew and they will hook you up!

Absolute horrible and despicable experience. Ordered 5 pizzas online and when I went to pick them up the cashier was at the front desk staring at me and would not open the door. When I’m he finally opened the door he was very rude and yelling at someone in the back of the store. Another man walked up to the counter and acted so confused when I asked for my order. They only made 3 of the 5 pizzas I ordered and charged me for the 3. The pizzas were thrown together and the supreme was missing 3 toppings. The workers were using profanity and I honestly should have just cancelled my order but it was late and needed to feed my family. Won’t be returning no one had on gloves handling the pizzas

Mr. Miles and the team at the Tryon Pizza Hut are great. They’re super helpful and even gave my kids a special prize for being good readers! My daughter also said the pizza was miraculous. Give them a visit!
