It’s very hit or miss with this location. Sometimes everything is perfect but most of the time it’s something going on that I dislike. One time I had uncut cinnamon sticks and this last time they were missing my breadsticks and made me a regular pizza when I ordered pan. The service is not bad, they are helpful but I like to get what I order and it’s not consistent that that will happen.

Edit: after waiting 10 mins for my breadsticks the pizza and pasta cold. The pasta looks skimpy, the cashier said this is how the pan looks flattened out, and they give you the tiniest cup of marinara that realistically only would be enough for two breadsticks if that. Attached photos so you can see for yourself.

They are always so nice and friendly when I come in they also wanted to learn to say my name so they can greet me by my name food always hot and ready when I come get it love this location ❤️

This was the most horrible experience ever from Pizza Hut, soon all locations will be closed, I ordered online yesterday 2 large one topping pizzas w breadsticks, the Pizza wasn't cooked well, crust was halfway done, not enough cheese and the taste wasn't the same. Nothing like pizza hut from back in the day. Called to complain and I was told to call in the morning for store manager. Called and she answered, she was very rude, don't care attitude, asked me to bring in what was left I guess for proof, and that she will make me another pizza. I spent $30 and to give me one pizza to correct the order is insane. I will NEVER go back to NO location under this name, because they're NOTHING like they used to be, the Pizza, nor the Management, they hire anyone to run their stores because they're so desperate for help. Bad business, I'm reporting to BBB to help them go on out of business. DON'T EAT HERE!!

if i could leave 0 stars, i would. both my cheese pizza and cheese sticks were burnt.. my cinnamon sticks are undercooked.. and when i asked for the manager’s name, they said they couldn’t give it to me.. and the dude assisting people ?? rude, nonchalant, and checked out. and when you call to complain, that’s no help either.

Ordered 2 pizzas tonight, one was fine but one was made completely wrong. Pizza covered in banana peppers (I cannot eat) and ham slices instead of green peppers and bacon. After being on hold for 30 minutes and being bounced back and forth from call centers I was not offered the possibility of a remake for the pizza as “corporate is not doing remakes anymore and is trying new things out.” I do not know what kind of policy this is, but it is a policy that guarantees that they will not be receiving my business from here on out.

Just got home from this location , and this is what I see 🤦🏾‍♂️!!! This is ridiculous. Why serve this ? Crust is crumbled up , and cheese is missing !

I ordered a pepperoni pizza this afternoon.
I wish I had looked at the reviews prior to ordering. It was delivered on time but not much of a pizza.
I ate two slices and tossed the rest.
Poor quality!!!! SAD!!!

This is my SECOND time coming to this location on the $2 Personal Pizza days and they still have not disappointed. There was a small lady (African American with braids) there that I witnessed encouraging her team and keeping a close count of how many personal pans remaining as orders came through. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming though I was only there a short period of time (literally in and out). Myself and co-workers will be back next Tuesday!!

If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. I recently called on today about an order that I received last night. An order that was incorrect and I just simply called to see what could be done. I was greeted by a GM who was absolutely rude and very very hostile. Would not allow me to speak and refused to give me a full refund for my order. She stated because I didn’t call back about my order on last night she would not give me a refund but a credit of $20 on a $30 order. I proceeded to ask about her DM and find out which store or how I could go about speaking with the DM. She was very very rude and quite nasty and hung up the phone on me. I simply was trying to state to this lady what was wrong with my order and I was met with an abrasive response and be try rude behavior. She wanted to over talk me and was so nasty in her responses. This is not a place I’d advise anyone to order from. When the management is horrible you can always expect the food to follow and for me this was the case horrible food and service was even more horrible!!!!! Coldest most hardened boneless wings an slightly cheesed pizza and super hard cinnamon sticks this was GOD AWFUL

I ordered two pizzas—one Buffalo Chicken and one Tavern-style. Instead of being informed that you were out of chicken, I was given a Chicken Sausage pizza without my consent. That substitution was never discussed or approved, which is completely unacceptable considering I paid for a specific item.

On top of that, the Tavern pizza I received was soggy to the point that it looked like it had been doused in water—completely inedible.

When I came into the store to address the issue, the manager walked away from me mid-sentence, saying he “couldn’t do this right now” and left it to an employee to handle. If a manager cannot remain composed and professional during customer concerns, then he is clearly not fit for the role.

This experience has left me extremely disappointed, and I expect a response explaining how this situation will be addressed and what steps are being taken to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Michael wright is the only reason I’m even giving this establishment any stars he stepped in on behalf of his managers short comings and re made my pizza a 3rd time he made the situation so much better
