Just got home from this location , and this is what I see šŸ¤¦šŸ¾ā€ā™‚ļø!!! This is ridiculous. Why serve this ? Crust is crumbled up , and cheese is missing !

I ordered a pepperoni pizza this afternoon.
I wish I had looked at the reviews prior to ordering. It was delivered on time but not much of a pizza.
I ate two slices and tossed the rest.
Poor quality!!!! SAD!!!

This is my SECOND time coming to this location on the $2 Personal Pizza days and they still have not disappointed. There was a small lady (African American with braids) there that I witnessed encouraging her team and keeping a close count of how many personal pans remaining as orders came through. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming though I was only there a short period of time (literally in and out). Myself and co-workers will be back next Tuesday!!

If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. I recently called on today about an order that I received last night. An order that was incorrect and I just simply called to see what could be done. I was greeted by a GM who was absolutely rude and very very hostile. Would not allow me to speak and refused to give me a full refund for my order. She stated because I didn’t call back about my order on last night she would not give me a refund but a credit of $20 on a $30 order. I proceeded to ask about her DM and find out which store or how I could go about speaking with the DM. She was very very rude and quite nasty and hung up the phone on me. I simply was trying to state to this lady what was wrong with my order and I was met with an abrasive response and be try rude behavior. She wanted to over talk me and was so nasty in her responses. This is not a place I’d advise anyone to order from. When the management is horrible you can always expect the food to follow and for me this was the case horrible food and service was even more horrible!!!!! Coldest most hardened boneless wings an slightly cheesed pizza and super hard cinnamon sticks this was GOD AWFUL

I ordered two pizzas—one Buffalo Chicken and one Tavern-style. Instead of being informed that you were out of chicken, I was given a Chicken Sausage pizza without my consent. That substitution was never discussed or approved, which is completely unacceptable considering I paid for a specific item.

On top of that, the Tavern pizza I received was soggy to the point that it looked like it had been doused in water—completely inedible.

When I came into the store to address the issue, the manager walked away from me mid-sentence, saying he ā€œcouldn’t do this right nowā€ and left it to an employee to handle. If a manager cannot remain composed and professional during customer concerns, then he is clearly not fit for the role.

This experience has left me extremely disappointed, and I expect a response explaining how this situation will be addressed and what steps are being taken to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Michael wright is the only reason I’m even giving this establishment any stars he stepped in on behalf of his managers short comings and re made my pizza a 3rd time he made the situation so much better

Don’t even deserve a 1 star. Ordered direct online. The order was then given to door dash. Marked as delivered, no food has arrived. Called the store, the rep says ā€œoh yeah it be saying it’s on the way doeā€ 15 minutes later. No food. Call Door Dash customer support, they attempted to call the location 3 separate times. Got put on hold for 5 minutes for 2 calls, 3rd time, picked up and hung up on the Door Dash rep. The lack of professionalism is extremely low. This is people’s food, time, and money involved here. DON’T ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. Currently still working on getting this issue corrected at 4:09pm 5/2

This has happened multiple times, and all just connected after this past weekend. Anytime you don’t tip up to what they feel you should, I’ve always gotten sick. This past weekend I was out of commission almost 4 days. Then Remeber PJ was the last thing I ate and i didn’t give a generous tip on a 5$ order

In Feb I placed an order on their website for delivery and the driver never dropped my order off. When reaching out to the store they directed to contact DoorDash numerous times which I did . (even though I placed my order on The Pizza Hut App) . Each time I called the store I get a rude employee who couldn’t care less about my order. The GENERAL manager is very RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL she tries her hardest into proving how I’m wrong (instead of apologizing)or keeps saying she will call back and never calls days later. When calling the store back for more information (because she’s hangs up) someone places me on hold without even answering so I can’t speak to anyone. The last employee I spoke with, sounded under the influence , called me out of my name , threatened to block my number ( the problem has been for two months now) because I’m ā€œharassing them about a $50 orderā€. And told me to shove my $50 order up….. you know the rest. Then hung up. I would never recommend this store at all. If I could give 0 stars I would.
