Placed an order for delivery at 9:23 pm (store closes at 11)….got the tracking link shortly after, when i went to track it about 10-15 mins after getting link (it was said to be delivered at 11:12pm) it said “order cancelled”. I called the customer service number and they then transferred me to the store - i was transferred at 10:48 pm……i sat on the line until 10:57 pm when it disconnected without getting to speak to anyone. Wish i would have gotten a notification that it was cancelled sooner or at all for that matter. Very disappointing and horrible customer service. I never write reviews but this was pathetic. I will never know why the order was cancelled i guess lol. I love Pizza Hut and i never order out or get food delivered so i was really looking forward to treating myself lol.

What really be getting me is why do people get jobs doing customer service but not want to do their job. I ordered the triple threat box and all the food was terrible but my kids ate the pizza. The cheesy bread had bacon on it when all we ordered was cheesy bread. I am beyond disgusted and I feel like they hire anybody because it’s a shortage of people who want to work. Never ever in my life ordering from this place again.

Ordered and then got a text saying the order was cancelled but the website says its being made. I keep calling but no one ever answers the phone. Money was taken from my card.If I get a pizza by the end of the day, I'll update the review.Horrific customer service, just get pizza from somewhere else.

I just don’t get why people get jobs doing customer service if you are not going to care for the customer.Why I feel this way? Well let me tell you. I ordered 2 medium pizzas and two orders of wings. One pizza beef, one pepperoni simple.I got one beef and a cheese, called up there and told one man the problem.He put me on hold and someone else got on the phone. I told him the problem, he acted like he cared. He asked for my ticket number and told me to hold on so he could get my information. Two minutes later, the phone hangs up. I thought it was nice to have a Pizza Hut so close to my house and I was a loyal customer, but now I don’t think I will be ordering from here again.

I placed an order for an entire office lunch at my customer to be delivered. I received messages that it was going to be delivered about 15 minutes late and then I get a call from the manager 30 minutes later that no one is going to deliver it. I had to go by and pick it up myself. They do not have their own delivery drivers and Doordash is unreliable.
Don’t order from here you’ll never get your order!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would! I ordered through the app last night and never even recieved my order. Ordered at 8:28pm they didn’t text me about delivery going out until 10:25pm. Attempted to call the store SEVERAL times and they simply don’t answer the phone at all. Been calling today since they opened at 10am STILL no answer I keep getting to the call center just to be transferred to the store and they literally don’t answer the phone. Do not order from here or frequent this location they are TRASH!

I felt compelled to write a review after giving a horrible survey last night for my wrong delivery order. My order was all wrong and missing items. After several attempts to contact the store the previous night, to no avail, I decided to go to the location after work the next day. Yes, my wrong order was a big deal as it was missing wings, my pepsi and one of the pizza’s had the wrong topping. Needless to say, the manager on duty, Shana did an excellent customer service, by rectifying my order after showing her my receipt as well as the picture of what I received from my delivery. I am satisfied with how the situation was handled, professionally and politely. Please understand, these fast food restaurants are short staffed, with dedicated, overworked employees. Mistakes are made, however it’s when they can be corrected to the customer’s satisfaction that counts. I’m going to send some of your deadbeat baby daddies down there to apply for a job, so they can help you with your kid’s Christmas!!!!!??

This is the worst Pizza Hut in all of Charlotte. Do NOT order from here. They usually only have one person working. Due to that and the high amount of orders they’re NEVER on time with orders, their employees have nasty attitude’s because they are the only person making all the pizzas—also if your picking up from DoorDash it’s usually 20-30 mins after the estimated time. Do yourself a favor and order Papa John’s or Domino’s. This is hands down the worst pizza hit you could possibly go to in the city.
