Every single time I come to this Pizza Hut there is a problem with my food. It’s ALWAYS dry like the sauce ratio is off, and tonight my father in law brought pizza for my kids and the pizza was burnt. Like dang, last time it was the same thing. I always give it a few months in between hoping it is a one off night or something but I’m done. It’s not even worth bringing back, we just picked around the burnt parts and ate it. Not coming back to this location

should be able to rate 0/5. behind worthless employees. my call goes to call center which is fine but I specifically need to speak to someone at the store about my order, they answer just to hang up the phone. there is no actual way to fix or change orders when they inevitably mess everything up

Online says they open at 10am. Placed an order around 1040am but got a call that it doesn’t open until 12pm. Please get this changed. Now I have to call at 12 to get the order cancelled.

Just left the Abermerle Road location in Charlotte, NC. It says they are open till 1:00am...i pulled up at 10:30pm and the doors are locked and the two females inside ran to the back of the store when I walked up to the door. Today is May 23, 2025. They need to be reported for this.

This location was the rudest I’ve ever been to. Customer service is the absolute worst. To the Human Resources department” do a better job when seeking employees”. Because it doesn’t matter how big of a branch you are the wrong employees can destroy all that you’ve built.

We loved the cheese bites crust. We ordered the pepperoni pizza, and since my wife doesn't like that pizza, and i don't normally eat the crust, we both were able to eat from the same pizza, without having to buy 2 different flavors. Definitely will buy again.

There has been several times that my order from this specific location on Albemarle rd. in Charlotte, NC has been wrong. I either have had wrong items or missing. Then when I call in, they require me to go into the store to get a refund or to fix my order instead of delivering it for free. The last order I was missing items. They said they could send it out but then how does that look that I am getting something delivered again through doordash but then that driver doesn't receive a tip because due to Pizza Hut's fault I didn't get the correct order in the 1st place?!!? Then the whole point of delivery is so I DO NOT HAVE TO GO TO THE STORE! But when a refund is requested, they require for you to come to the store to "swipe your card." This is absolutely ridiculous! The 1st time I let it slide and I went to get my pizza corrected. The 2nd time its an outrage. I will not be doing business with Pizza Hut again!!

We just ordered pizza from here. Apparently, they completely changed their recipe. It tastes completely like chemicals, nothing like pizza, and certainly nothing like Pizza Hut. Honestly, it tastes worse than any frozen pizza I’ve ever had. Whatever you all did to the recipe, change it back! This is the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life.

I ordered a party box with 2 pepperoni pizzas, cheese sticks and sweet chilli boneless wings. There was literally 2 pepperonis on reach slice and some slices had none. There was barely any cheese on the pizza and the cheese that was on it were burnt. Out of both pizzas we could only eat the 4 middle pieces from each pics because the ends had no cheese, barley any sauce and no meat on it. The cheese bread also has burnt cheese on it and wasn't cut through. The boneless wings were edible but it seems like they just threw some sauce on it. Some of them didn't even have sauce on them at all. None of the food was hot, heck I wouldn't even really call it warm. It was as if it had been sitting all day. The quality of food was terrible. This location obviously doesn't care about quality control or providing quality food. For the amount of money that was spent on this I'm extremely disappointed. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I ordered through door dash. I wish I had looked at these reviews first because I would have never waisted my money.

After the pizza was supposedly delivered 45 mins late per the app,nothing arrived, when I called the store they said no one answered the door or the phone. I had No missed calls and I have a Ring camera. No one ever arrived at my home. They were rude about the whole situation. Now we have to pick the pizza up otherwise, I have to wait 7-10 days for a refund. Or my other option was to have it delivered again in another hour. Customer service really needs improving there.
