I ordered a meat lover's personal pan pizza during lunchtime and the wait time was around 10-15 minutes. The toppings were well portioned and it was hot and ready once I returned to the store. It's located in a shopping center that has a decent amount of traffic and not overly crowded. I also felt safe .

I ordered a large pizza with three ingredients and they literally gave me three pieces of chicken, three pieces of pineapple, and three pieces of mushrooms, and the pizza was cold . no good service

I wish I could give this a 0 star. Ordered extra cheese and there was barely any on it, also paid for 4 additional ranch which I did not receive. I called back to tell them and she basically called me a liar and said she put the ranch in herself. They said they would resend the pizza and ranch, I got the pizza and still no ranch! I called back and the guy said the manager wasn't there, then he cut me off mid sentence! Then said I was being rude and hung up on me! All I wanted was the ranch I paid 75 cents a piece for. This location should be shut down!!

Ordered two personal pans, fries and breadsticks. I can deal with the fact that the food was cold but what does not make sense is what they tried to pass off as breadsticks! That’s them in the picture….looks delicious right! I knew I shouldn’t have ventured off my normal pizza place. Never again.

Placed a carry-out order. Pizza was so undercooked that the dough was completely raw. Spoke with the store manager, Denise, on the phone. She refused to issue a refund unless I were to physically bring the pizza back to the store. (Why? So they could immediately throw it away?) She also refused to remake and pizza and have it delivered to me, since “my original order was a carry-out order and I hadn’t paid a delivery fee.” In summation, Pizza Hut made a significant error in safe food preparation, and still yet refused to make it right unless I were to take more time and gas money out of my pocket to get a refund. Apparently proper customer service doesn’t exist here. I should also mention that the toppings were not correct either. I strongly suggest everyone avoid this location! At best, your order will be wrong and you will experience bad customer service as the result of poor management. At worst, you risk food poisoning from uncooked food.
In response to the owner's reply below: I have already spoken with the store manager, as well as corporate. You have my email and phone number. I should have been contacted by now, but that has not happened. Still no refund. Instead of a public reply solely for the sake of appearances, why not actually follow up with me?
I placed my order at 5:30 i called at 730pm because i had not received it.. the guy said it would be delivered soon. At 810 i called back to get customer service this time for them to tell me the store is closed til 9pm. How and i haven’t got my pizza from 5:30pm. This is the worst service i have ever received. The wait and lack of urgency is unacceptable. I pray my pizza is fresh whenever i do get it

Marcus and Mz Denise made me a beautiful pizza and the breadsticks were so damn good!!! Super friendly atmosphere and the food never disappoints!!! I’d give it 10 stars if they had the option!!! 💪🏼💯🔥 Edit: I wish I took a pic of the cheesesticks but I was eating them in the car😅 but just look at the pizza they made me!!

I order a large pizza with bbq sauce and caramelized onions, the pizza came with no bbq sauce and was spicy when I never order nothing spicy. I called to report it and whoever answered the phone was very rude an suggest to bring the whole order back and they will redo it, I told her how can I take back if I already ate two slices she said why I said it was the only way I would’ve known that it was spicy and she dropped the call

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered from here New Years Eve & the app would not let me add longer notes- I was wanting to specify to the pizza place to confirm I wanted beef on the whole with half onions and bell peppers on ONE side of the pizza it, that’s a common option with even a selection for half of the pizza. They put it all down the middle of the pizza on BOTH sides, nothing around the back and loaded it with tons of red sauce. I called and spoke to Denise a manager right after I placed it, and explained what I wanted as well and they still got it wrong. How the guy could be so incompetent to not understand that is beyond me but days later I personally called after my family was unsuccessful with getting a resolution. I got Denise again, as soon as she realized who I was she got loud over the phone which I have the recording if corporate wants to hear it, she raised her voice over talking me and being extremely unprofessional. After she finished her tantrum I explained I wanted a refund and did not appreciate her behavior. These fast food workers really need to be retrained or fired, everyone is not as mature as I am or will respond back professionally. Luckily I was raised right and don’t lack common decency. I would stay as far away from this sorry place as possible if they can’t get a simple order right or speak to customers without yelling like a child they should be shut down. And the pizza was HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY!
