I will never eat here again. This place was not clean. The food warmers look as if they have not been cleaned in months. Some of the staff were rude. The floors looked as if they had not been cleaned in a while. But I guess it was my fault for not looking before I purchased.

HORRIBLE!!!! Do NOT prepay for your order when you get delivery. Tipped the guy well too!! He never delivered the pizza and an hour later im on hold and the guy that answers the phone that sounds like he just smoked a joint says he cant offer a refund. I ask to speak to a manager and he says shes busy so I say ok ill hold, 27 mins later I hang up and call back and get Denise "The manager" She was not happy at all the help me after spending $55 on some Effin pizza. ALREADY PAID FOR!!!!!!! She says shes sending someone else out to redeliver the pizza.....AGAIN DO NOT PRE-PAY FOR THIS LOCATION. Do pick up instead if you have to eat here. Belmont Pizza hut is well worth the drive there workers have common sense.

I called to order a large pizza & it sent me updates that it would be delivered within 40-50 minutes. Apparently, they are currently doing third-party business with DoorDash, because they don’t have delivery drivers. I work in the restaurant industry so I totally get things of this nature.
But, it was at least an hour of waiting for it. Then, the Dasher cancelled my order & took the pizza for himself, I guess??? Like, we were going to pay in cash & I specified this on the phone. So, the whole situation didn’t make any sense to me… why wouldn’t they specify the third-party business beforehand? Instead, they lost money, business & respect in a span of an hour and a half… I will never give my money or time here at this specific location, EVER again. If you don’t like working at Pizza Hut, then don’t… but don’t take that out on people who want to do business with you.
You would think they would do more to ensure these kinds of foolish slips don’t happen.

We ordered a Big dinner box with 3 pizzas. Once we received the pizza, we reci2 boxes instead of one. The pepperoni pizza was in a different box and it tastes like pure alcohol. This place really sucks

This has got to be the slowest pizza Hut ever...the lady ahead of me has received her order...5 more orders have gone out and I'm still sitting here waiting...and this cashier has opened his till and walked away from it with his back turned money hanging all out...not good or professional.. I will not come back to this location..
Food Always taste disgusting , over cooked or order comes out wrong every time . Please don’t waste time ordering food from here .

They screwed up my original order, i paid extra for bacon on my medium pepperoni pizza and i didnt get any bacon on there. I ordered the garlic cheesesticks, they came with the bread hard and burnt, a piece of the top looked like it was peeled off and had one of the sauce cups on top of it that smushed the cheese. Called back to get a refund was told I couldnt get it and they kept me on the phone for half an hour trying to get it redelivered, by then it was too late I had slto leave for work and was not going to be home when the food got delievered. Just unprofessional, unorganized, never ordering from this pizza hut again
